Such a great local restaurant. I just love this place which is a small place off the main street. Very friendly owner, long standing establishment. Good $7 margaritas and a good tex mex style menu.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this place - the food is consistently delicious. My first visit was back in 2012, and I returned in 2024 to find that the quality remained exceptional. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Minneapolis.

This place gets it. It has what you want out of a Mexican restaurant: free chips and salsa at your table, lots of options, dishes with mole (I don’t see that often) but also plenty of dishes adapted to the American palate while staying true to its roots. The atmosphere is also charming. I love the murals and decor.

This is a great local spot. Service is excellent. Food really great. Atmosphere nice except the lighting is currently harsh fluorescent white and overly bright. A little ambience would make things great.
