These guys are CHEATS!!!!!! Online order was placed, but never delivered. Called the store multiple times, only to be disconnected immediately. I will dispute the charges and probably file a case with BBB. How can this store still operate and tarnish the chain brand...DISGUSTING PEOPLE!

Ordered delivery at night, out of the oven at 10:50. Gave them the benefit of doubt that maybe the last worker will deliver when they close up shop. Sits there until store closes at 12, can't call because store is now closed. Can't report because the delivery hasn't started. This happens multiple times. Store has gone downhill.

It’s like they don’t want to do their jobs and they have pissy attitudes when you hold them accountable. 2nd time having issues with this place and I didn’t remember until I had already ordered smh. I ordered around 8:37pm and it said it wouldn’t get to me until 11:10-11:30pm I called immediately to try to cancel the order but I was left on hold for 40 minutes until I chose to hang up. Tried calling back same thing happened , I have to work early mornings so to have to stay up to baby sit a delivery was very aggravating. When the delivery driver finally got to me I asked for a managers number and he gave me attitude and told me to call the store I politely told him I have been calling and waiting for almost an hr he said with an attitude that I need to call when it’s not so busy I asked when when are they not busy because I sat waiting for an hr he told me to call in the morning shook his shoulders and walked off.the receipt says it order was ready at 10:02 but I had to wait until 11:40. Didn’t even bring me what I paid for exactly either paid for sauces as well but didn’t receive them but I will be calling in the morning to hopefully get a refund

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received not just from this specific store but from the whole company. When I had ordered my order was wrong, and we had called to see if we would get it remade and the employee on the phone was very sweet to us in telling us we couldn't have it remade but I could get a refund for what happened. However when we had asked we had heard what I assume is the manager yelling at this employee and talking badly about us as the customers. We never received any sort of refund or credit towards our order that was wrong, however thats the least of my worries. I have contacted dominos customer support at least 5 times to get this rectified, with absolutely no sort of response in return. I finally got on the phone with someone who said it was a franchise and I would be contacted by that store. It has been over a month now of me trying to contact customer support and I still have heard nothing. This is disgusting and that manager should be fired.

I ordered a pizza ONLINE to get the 50%off promo...I added the 16pc parmesean bites for the $2.99 special....this was for delivery. Said 14-29 minutes. When I looked at my receipt, I was charged $4.99 for the bread bites...I called the store and the rudest guy blurted out at me that, no, I was charged $2.99 and he hung up on me!!! Then I noticed that my pizza rung up at FULL PRICE!!! I called again and asked the he please not hang upon me and started to explain my reason for calling AGAIN.. barely got a word in and he yelled that he was CANCELING MY ORDER!!! And he did!!!! What is wrong with this creep??? NEVER AGAIN!!! And to top it off, the customer service number listed IS A MEDICAL DEVICE/MEDICAID company!!!! UNBELIEVABLE

We ordered pizza for delivery. We were told it would be delivered between 12:00 midnight & 12:20. We were staying at the element hotel. We waited in the lobby until 1:00 am. Pizza hadn't come so we went up to the room. At about 1:30 am we got a call pizza was here. After we got it up to the room and opened the box the pizza was ice cold and the box was smashed so all the topping was stuck to the top inside of the box. I will never order again from domino's, totally dissatisfied.

Ordered a pizza and a sandwich at 11:07. It is now 1:08 am and I have not heard from them. No courtesy call saying the driver was running late, nothing. And calling the store number just goes to the answering machine because they closed 8 minutes ago. This is absolutely ridiculous. It is 2am now and I got an update that the driver has just left with my pizza and will deliver it by 3am, and I am obviously going to bed, as my friends and I drove four hours for a local event.

The pizza came after 1.5 hours of order, completely soggy and cold. Worst pizza I have ever had and the worst service. I am 5 mins away from the store!
The mushroom on the pizza was raw, cheese on the crust didn’t melt either and garlic pizza with so salty. I had to trash both of them.!
