Ordered pizza at 9:30pm, with Domino's app saying 10pm pickup. I arrived at the store at 10pm and the TV screen showed 90 minutes to make my pizza... I stood in the lobby for 20 minutes without being acknowledged by any employees. I left and came back at 11pm where the doors were locked and my order was canceled.
The store's owner should be forced to resign.

Ordered delivery twice when staying in Minneapolis. I was surprised on how quickly my order was completed and delivered. APP very good at updating foods progress. Used APP coupon and price, amount and quality of food was very good.

Was told delivery between 40-52 minutes and then after waiting an hour I called in and was told it was be over 2 hours. No apology and no resolution was offered.

Dear Domino's,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your Minneapolis location. We placed an order for 15 pizzas an hour and a half before our event, expecting them to arrive on time and fresh. Unfortunately, the order arrived two hours late, and the pizzas tasted as though they had been sitting out for hours.
To make matters worse, the manager on duty made unprofessional and uncalled-for comments, calling us "dumb and irresponsible" for placing such an order. This was both offensive and completely unacceptable.
I had vouched for Domino’s as the main entrée provider for our event, but this experience was extremely disappointing. Out of the 45 guests, very few ate the pizzas due to their poor quality, leaving over half of them wasted.
This incident has left a lasting negative impression, and I am hesitant to order from Domino's again, particularly from this location. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues to ensure no one else has a similar experience.
Tonight I tried to call for an order got gas lighted and rude attitude and long wait time hold on phone when I tried to order a large pizza they hung up on me. I called back They said they could not see my number so I fix it. Rude attitude again so I gave rude back they hung up 3x when they said they only have medium size pizza only which is probably old. Then they had the nerve to blame for how I was treated by them and refused to service me. No problem I not call again and make sure to call corporate. They also have delivery who smells like a loud plant 🌵 that follow loud on clothes. They sale old pizza at night cause they don't want to cook. This is my opinion and my experience as customer and will be the last.

I've ordered from here a bunch and quickly realized they never seem to cut the pizzas evenly, so I started asking for it uncut. In theory this should be even less work, but they have never actually left my pizza uncut. Instead - they are consistently leaving tiny pieces and much larger ones.The attached image isn't even the worst example of this.
I've also had other poor experiences with this location in terms of order accuracy, but that seems to be largely resolved.
Otherwise the people are nice and it's usually on time.
Just please give me an uncut pizza, I can cut it myself really I promise.
