Went in 5 minutes after the app said my order was ready and so far have been waiting 20 minutes.

Get a timing system that works and stop cutting corners to improve your “on time” stats. Nothing is on time about 2 sides taking 45 minutes and 25 minutes after the ‘order is ready’ notification!

The pizzas I've had 2 times were not favorable, black olive & mushroom shouldn't taste like nothing as if I only had ordered cheese pizza.Very disappointed & not likely to order ever again.

Crust was burnt and although the restaurant is 3 minutes away by bike, it took him 28 minutes to get here on bike after leaving the store. I could have walked there and back faster than that!!! Needless to say the pizza wasn't even warm, let alone hot. I did report a problem on the app and got a coupon for a free pizza, but I sure won't be getting it from here.

Hi,

I’m writing to report an issue with my recent Domino’s order. The pizza I received was supposed to have 8 slices, but it only had 6 slices when delivered. It looks like 2 slices were missing, and I suspect this happened during delivery. This is unfair for anybody who is paying the full amount of the order as well as the delivery fees. When I called the restaurant, they tell me it happens all the time with their deliveries.

I have had to place several large, 10+, pizza orders from this location and I always get consistently made pizzas ready right on time. They have never made a hassle about the size of the orders and in store pick up for online orders is a stressfree experience. Parking is a bit difficult in the area but a good walking location for stadium village students.

DO NOT order from this Domino’s location.

If you value your time, money, or even slightly warm food, go somewhere else. My order took over an hour and twenty minutes to arrive, and when it finally showed up, several items were missing. The food was delivered by bike, and by the time it got to me it was completely cold.

It somehow got worse when I asked them to fix it. It took another full hour for the driver to come back, and he showed up with the wrong items. At that point I just gave up.

Nothing about this experience was okay. The delivery was late, the food was cold, and the order was wrong—twice. Save yourself the frustration and order from literally anywhere else.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Domino’s. I tried to place an order, but they flat-out refused without giving me any real explanation. The way I was treated made me feel completely disrespected and, unfortunately, I also felt that racism played a role in how the staff handled me.

As a customer, I expect to be treated fairly, but instead I was met with rudeness and dismissive attitudes. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, no apology, and no basic courtesy. It was shocking and deeply disappointing that a company as large as Domino’s would allow their staff to behave this way.

No one should ever feel discriminated against when all they are doing is trying to order food. This location failed on every level of professionalism, customer service, and human decency. I will not be ordering from Domino’s again, and I will be sharing my experience so others know how this store treats people.

There are plenty of restaurants that treat their customers with respect and dignity. Sadly, Domino’s has shown me that they are not one of them.

All I had was a 50 and he said he couldn't make change even though the two people in front of them gave him more than that and money and he told me I should go next door and get change then come back
