They brought me this botched Frankenstein that they clearly pieced together from two other pizzas, they didn't even line up well, and with a big cleaver hole in the middle and most of the cheese missing. Waited over an hour for delivery, and when I tried to call in about it I was put on hold and hung up on, twice! This is way over any line I'm willing to put up with.

I had an issue where my pizza was delivered to my door, but it was stolen before I could get to it. I called the store and explained the situation; the staff was understanding and helpful, offering me the choice between a refund or remaking my entire order (delivery included). They went above and beyond by providing this excellent service!

Employees who answers , did my order and he didn’t ask for a name or anything and he put me on hold for more than 8 minutes i had end the call and recall again. And said there is no more delivery and there was 1 hour left till they close?!!

Ordered only 1 pizza an hour and a half ago. Still not here. My delivery driver called us saying he was 2 minutes away 30 minutes ago. I called the store and they said that no one by the name of my driver that was named both by the tracker system and the caller worked at their store. Currently the tracker says delivered and there is no pizza to be seen. Placed at 7:34 and it is now 9pm good luck getting your pizza from here. Hopefully I get mine someday. Update it is 10pm now and I finally canceled my order never got my pizza.
