Order a pizza at 9, it’s now past 10 they food is cold, mangled poorly made and cut into the weirdest sizes. Like what pizza place can’t even cut their pizza right? Any way the tracker said my driver left the store at 9:21 and arrived at 10:07 I live about a 8-10 minutes drive depending on the lights. This isn’t the first time I’ve received service like this and It sucks cause dominos can make a good pizza but this location certainly can’t! I say fire everyone and start over. Get rid of everything that has do anything wjth the service I got today. I will say just make a claim on the app and they give you free points if you have an account and moving forward that will be the only way i order from this place.

This Domino's Pizza is a disaster. I highly recommend ordering from the Domino's down the street at 1901 Johnson St NE.The windows at this Domino's Pizza are boarded-up and the customer area inside is almost entirely blocked off - it's probably not ADA compliant. This location is severely understaffed. The staff is absolutely overwhelmed and don't have the time to work with customers picking up pizzas, etc. No free parking; you can try your luck with the parking meters nearby.Meanwhile, the Domino's Pizza at 1901 Johnson St NE has free parking right outside the location. I walked in and found my pizza immediately. It was in a dedicated carry out section with my name clearly facing the customer waiting area. I didn't interact with the staff, but they seemed friendly with the other customer with whom they were working. I will definitely choose the Domino's at 1901 Johnson St NE going forward for carry out and delivery.Parking: Some parking meters for a fee across the busy street or a block away on dark Minneapolis streets. The meters are usually full/unavailable.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't use a wheelchair, but I don't think I would be able to use one in this Domino's Pizza because the customer waiting area is blocked off. It's probably not ADA compliant.

I ordered a pizza and it never came. I want pizza but I didnt get pizza now im starving and might pass away. This was my first meal in years and they didnt even show up. How disrespectful. No call. No pizza. No more orders from me. Ive never even had pizza before and now I will never have it again because they didnt show up. They probably ate my pizza and I hope it was undercooked and soggy. Im not mad just disappointed ? Ill forgive but I will never forget. Watch your back Dominos on Oak Street. If you ever order a pizza from me I wont deliver it to you. Happy New Year :(

Terrible delivery service. Driver arrived well before delivery time with no prior notice. Wouldn't drop pizza off and left with food. Extremely rude to customers.

I had left directions for my contactless delivery and my order never arrived as it said it had. Upon calling to see where my order was, I actually got the delivery driver on the phone where he said he had brought the food back to the store with him. When asked why, he said there was no reason I couldn’t get my order from him at the curb outside unless I was a quadriplegic or something.. please review the delivery note for the order.Anyhow, then the manager man got on the phone and tried to tell me I already had my food despite my conversation I just had with my delivery driver (through the stores phone on location, not the callback number they use for cell phones and delivery) and proceeded to be just awful. He patronized me enough to ask what I wanted done and I said I wanted my food that I paid for and in fact did not have as he kept accusing me of having. Finally, he said he would remake it and have it redelivered. What showed up was most of my original order so it was cold and soggy but at least I had most of the order so I left it alone. I know Karen culture is out there and rightfully so, but the disability comments and just how I was treated was wrong.

Your delivery drivers are great at obstructing traffic

Watched an employee take a pizza that fell on the floor and box it up for delivery like nothing happened.
