Order was marked as complete on doordash despite not arriving and me having to wait over an hour after its eta for it to be delivered by a dominoes driver. Then when I called the woman that answered the phone was extremely patronizing, condescending and dismissive even though the questions I asked about why my order was marked as delivered were reasonable. I know my review isn't gonna do much but find a different job that doesn't require speaking to customers if you can't help yourself from being rude and condescending to them.
Just had the straw that broke the camels back of experiences with this dominoes. Order took an hour and a half and then driver pulls up and says oh I don’t actually have your order… So I called the store wait on hold for five minutes and they cancel the order. They then say they will give me some kind of credit, but then give no details of how I am to get said credit. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing with whoever is running this place currently

I don’t normally do this but idek how to feel about this interaction. I Ordered a pizza from here. They delivered the wrong order. I called them to ask some questions and let them know what had happened. They answered the phone and said “thank you for calling, it is currently 45min to an hour wait” then immediately put me on hold I didn’t even get to ask anything so I waited for 1hr and 12min and then THEY hung up on me. Lmao
Oh also I forgot to mention the delivery was like 30min late and the order, that was not mine, was cold.

I only gave 3 stars for the atmosphere because the location sucks!! Parking is terrible. Zero parking in the front. It's downtown on Hennepin so busy with bus traffic. Otherwise the staff are nice for all the craziness that comes with that location

I placed an order tonight for 2 pizzas and some parmesan bites at 7:44pm. The estimated delivery time was 8:33pm.
It sat in prep and wasn’t even put in the oven until 8:39pm. Then, it sat in “quality check” for 21 more minutes. Meaning it was just sitting on the warming shelf.
The order arrived at 9:16pm. Which is an hour and a half, 45 mins past the estimated delivery.
The delivery driver was delightful and clearly stressed.
I have a hard time imagining that the order screen was so full that it was an hour behind. However, if that is the case, the failure of the company here to staff the store correctly is wild. I’m not blaming the employees, or even the GM. The only way this is the GM’s fault is if they create such a hostile store environment that they can’t retain staff. I know it’s not that you can’t hire because everybody is looking for a job right now. So, unless people are just constantly quitting or calling in because they hate their job (which would be 100% the GM’s fault), then this is on the District Manager for setting unrealistic labor percentage standards so they can get a bigger bonus, or the company setting stringent labor percentage standards so the executives can line their pockets.
Either way, waiting an hour to even start the order is absurd. You knew it was Saturday, you knew (or should know) about local events, and you knew it was Halloween weekend.
I’m placing this as a Google review rather than a store survey because the store doesn’t deserve to be penalized with poor NPS scores for the greed of the corporation or District Manager.

What to say? Ordered pizza that was endlessly delayed. Calling just got us different inaccurate information and more delays. No apologies ever given. Ultimately just ate something else. Go literally anywhere else if you actually want to eat.

Ordered two pizzas. One of my pizzas was basically raw. These things happen, I understand, but when I called I asked if they were able to remake it (I would’ve preferred that over a refund), the guy on the phone was so incredibly rude and snapped at me “we’re short staffed, Jesus” then hung up on me! The second pizza was also pretty undercooked. I’ve worked in fast casual before, I understand being in the weeds, but when someone calls to sort out an issue that was YOUR fault, you don’t have to be a dick about it.

I would give 0 star if it’s one available I ordered pizza and wings 1 hour and 42 minutes ago and I still don’t get it yet call them two times they hang up on me second time she put me on hold no pizza or refund I will never order pizza here again

Couldn’t experience the store. But I will be there tomorrow morning SHARP. I uber my ordered. No tracking option after I paid. Just to wonder where my food was. and given the store a call & being told I would receive a phone call I sat and waited to watch a notification saying my order was delivered yet no one on the streets. I’m not from here so I’m not sure if this is normal. But just sharing my experience be careful humans.
