So I got fired at this location due to messages that I sent to the general manager about observations of what’s going on and throughout the store.They’re trying to say it was because me and a employee was arguing but I have proof that this was not the reason and I believe it was just pure retaliation. I’m a great worker and I do a good job everyone was so focused on meeting there bonus and not actually helping the employees. It’s not fair and it’s not right. They say I was such a disturbance but they let me close the store after 2 employees left before they shift.

When trying to redeem the free reward points I got because they screwed up my previous order, I was notified at the order screen that I have to spend a minumum of $16 to get delivery at all."Hey, we screwed up, but our method of reimbursing you is actually just making you spend even more money" is obnoxious.

I order here regularly because it's convenient to my daily travels. If it wasn't for the convenience, I wouldn't bother. I don't do delivery from here in the evenings because they will hold your order for a half hour and cancel it. They won't answer phones in the evenings. I go in and pick up only now so I can check my order before leaving. Check the marble cookie brownie photo from the last time I ordered delivery. Smh. On top of that, in the last month, I was IN THE STORE when the quality check girl told the little blonde manager with the colored pieces in her hair that my pizza was missing cheddar. The manager shrugged and replied something that I didn't hear. Five minutes later, they said my order was ready. I checked the errored pizza to find that the manager did absolutely nothing to fix it. Left it and tried to sell it to me anyways. I hope she steps on a Lego in bare feet in the middle of the night. I pointed out the error and waited even longer for her to reluctantly make a new one correctly. I didn't even say anything cause after that, I figured she'd be the kind of person to take it out on my pizza with nastiness if I dared to say how rude and unprofessional she was for ignoring it in the beginning. Especially with a customer IN THE BUILDING. So, yeah. It's convenient, it's hot, and they sometimes have good coupons. Other than that, I just don't recommend this particular store beyond a one in a while desperation stop.Parking: Tightly packed lot.Kid-friendliness: Nothing seen for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: One level. Wheelchair accessible.

Ordered 2 separate orders, went into the store because it never came and they told me it was at my house. It never came even after I got home. I understand that it’s busy and not everything will be right, but drop the attitude.

Love the stuffed cheesy sticks, and the employees were pleasant. Beware, though, that it's not located directly on Shingle Creek Dr., but is in the strip mall on the fourth side at the 3-wat stoplight (I drove around quite a while before I realized this).

I see why they've got 2 stars overall!! Unfortunately I can't give 0! If you're looking for great customer service go somewhere else!! Apparently their online system screwed up so $27 worth of food had been sitting on my steps for over 12 hours, instead of an apology and/or offer to remake it, the "mad black lady" (no one has name tags), says they'll give me a credit and I have to use it there. Keep in mind this isn't the first time this establishment messed up! Why would I use it there??As a Business Owner I wouldn't hire anyone from this establishment. Employees have an attitude as if we're not paying their wages and all I saw when returning the food was hair because they don't wear hair nets while preparing customers food!

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a pizza place. The customer service was real bad and I was treated like my business wasn't wanted. I'd definitely like to talk to corporate whenever I can get a chance too. Should no customer wait four hours for a pizza delivery especially it's it wasn't a snow storm.
