They serve the most amazing pancake breakfast burritos I've ever had the pleasure of eating in my whole entire life!!! I haven't even tried the dumplings that they're known for yet...I can't wait though?
We love Dot's Gray! And their food truck, Butcher Salt!! We already loved the food at Dot's Gray, so we hired their food truck to cater our wedding. Everything was incredible! Their food was AMAZING as always, and our guests were honestly shocked at how good the meal was -- people kept coming up to tell us that! We had 200 guests and the food quality was never diminished and their service was very efficient. Portions are also large! Furthermore, their staff was so friendly...
I don't even know how to start this review because I had such a blast working with Jean, Shari, and Sara. My partner and I were having a hard time finding a caterer for our wedding that shared our "local food first" value system. Butcher Salt Food Truck at Dots Gray Kitchen exceeded all of our expectations. From our intimate COVID friendly tasting to our 22 person mini wedding at The Neu Neu, everything was absolutely perfect and well thought out. We had picky eaters...
