We absolutely LOVE this place! We drive 30 minutes just to come here, skipping several other hot pot options that are much closer. Each staff member is super nice, they take care of you here. The food is AMAZING. We love that we get to order off the tablet so we never have to wait to ask for more food. The VARIETY of options they have is awesome. We really enjoy that their meat is thicker. Getting to have appetizers with hot pot specifically sets this place above others, their spring rolls are the BEST! Edamame with hot pot is a real treat. The bathrooms are always super clean and the restaurant is quiet. Highly highly recommend!

I’ve been to this place so many times but never remembered to leave a review or take pictures. I prefer this location here in Richfield over other locations in the state. The service is consistently good, and the food quality is great. If you go during lunchtime or on a weekday, you probably won’t have to wait for a table. If you go on the weekend, good luck to you, but it’s totally worth it.

This place was awesome!! Totally beats out any other hotpot place I’ve been! I loved ordering from the tablet and the server was so nice! He was very kind and checked in on us several times. We were able to sit under the stars at this restaurant and I really mean it! Check out my photo! I’d definitely come back here!

If you're looking to save a bit, consider going Monday through Friday—they offer a lower price on weekdays. Highly recommend if you’re a fan of hot pot!

This was my first experience with hot pot. Our group of 7 had a wonderful time. The broths were flavorful and plenty of options of meats, seafood and vegetables. Great for laughing and chatting together over good food

The soup and food options were great, and the quality was good. The marinated beef was a little dry, but other than that, everything was excellent. It was so easy for us to order and get the food from the robot. Although it’s mostly robot, the staff were attentive, asked if we needed anything, and refilled our drinks. I liked how sodas were included because most AYCE places don’t have complimentary drinks.

Pay before you sit down (so you don’t need to tip). Help-yourself style (basically no service: you order food from iPad and food is delivered by robots). Good soup base and good food. I would recommend it as the price is very reasonable, especially weekday lunch.

From what my brother says the food, service and atmosphere were pretty good. The problem was that when he went out to eat with my little brother and their two friends, my older brother was parking the car and the two friends were inside. My brother didn’t even get the chance to help pay for the food before they got in. My brother was told by his friends that they made one of the friends pay before food even arrived. Like they demanded the payment before even getting the food. I have never seen another place demand payment before food. It baffled my brother and his friends. They didn’t even let the friend split the payment which was what originally was going to be done.
