I am a Dunkin Donuts fan and unfortunately I had to change my locations for service. As of now 75th & King Dr is my 2nd choice and 47th & Lake Park is my first choice. I just wished the location was better, it can get intense sometimes in that parking lot area.

Nothing quiet beats walking into a busy coffee shop and being greeted by the staff by name. This location has been my multiple trips per week go to caffeine savior and I love having been a regular here for the past year. Although I have seen many great workers come and go there are always familiar faces ready to provide top notch service. Mobile ordering is efficient through the Dunkin app and I have only had a short wait during key service hours and important days on campus. Being located so near to campus this is not an ideal location for the driving commuter as parking is very difficult in the area, however this is an excellent for local employees like myself in walking distance and of course for the commuting stadium village student. There are occasional shortages for select food items although not for extended periods. I can always rely on this location making my food and drinks well and allow me to get back in the office with little delay.

Coffee is standard Dunkin’. Donuts are good. Food and service is pretty bad. To describe the service in few words: gen z chaos. Complaining about the number of incoming orders while texting behind the counter. Odd experience. The potato whatever things are super mushy and barely edible. It is super cheap which may be a positive for some. I’d rather pay more for decent food.

Can't have an order called in ahead of time done on time I don't care if it's a large order or not you guys put what time it should be ready by it should be ready at that time

i loveeee hong-an she was such a cute and kind worker when i visited the other day. she asked me about my day and drew a smiley face on my cup! larae was also very friendly and welcoming!

10-15 min wait for 2 donuts and a simple coffee with a response that the food person is backed up with many orders, as I watched my order on the screen say it’s ready for pickup. Order 8900. Effort

Someone took my order before I arrived. I ordered through the app. They re made it for me. I hope in the future the app will require you to show your order to the barista before getting your order when you go in. But my order was delicious! Keep up the great work!
