A bit pricy for what you get.i did not realize this business was in a hospital. It advertised as a cute coffee shop.I did enjoy the piano player.

The team at this Dunn Brothers location in the Hennepin Health Clinic and Specialty Center are the kindest people in the world. They care so much about their customers and remember their names and favorites if you stop by a lot. They even clean up when a goof like me spills his large latte and makes a mess. The team member who mopped up after me could not have been more gracious. That same team member not only showed me that they value good service but that they just have good values, period. They took my embarrassing moment that could have started a no good, terrible, bad day and treated me to a complete 180 degree turn with their kindness. The food and service here is always excellent - and in a health care setting which can sometimes involve anxiety or grief, the type of service this Dunn Brothers team offers is even more invaluable to the whole community!

Bruh. I bought a mango smoothie and to be fair it tasted good but the higher ups need to prioritize getting cups that.. I don't know... Hold your drink consistently?? I gently picked it up and it exploded all over me and my car. I can't believe I paid for this. It's a DRINK company these poor workers shouldn't have to deal with explosive cups.

Wanted to say thank you to Finn for being patient with me when I was having problems with my debit card. Even offering to pay for my lunch. It's not often we see caring people that provide excellent customer service. Dunn Brothers is lucky to have him as an employee. Same with Levi who helped to check me out even though I was declined a second time. He knew what was going on and was very discreet like Finn. All the employees are really nice and my sandwich and coffee were excellent. Thanks again Finn and Levi.

I was not prepared for the fact that this “cafe” is in a public health hospital.The tables and chairs all looked incredibly uncomfortable like they don’t want people to sit in them (and hardly anyone was). The ladies restroom was closed, so I had to go all the way to the sixth floor for another restroom. Which wouldn’t be so bad but the elevators reeked really bad of smoke. People were also smoking right outside the front doors.I did not eat the food, but I rated both the food and service highly because it’s not the employee’s fault that this place smells gross, etc.
