I've come to Earl Giles a few times and the interior has always blown me away. I love the combination of greenery and urban influence. Service is usually fine, sometimes it's a little slower than I'd like but that's usually only if it's super busy. The servers I have had were always polite though so it was never an issue. They have fun drinks and great menu staples. If you like mushrooms then I recommend you get "A Good Trip" pizza - it is phenomenal!

LOVE Earl Giles. Cocktails are some of the best I've ever had: well balanced, beautiful and delicious. Also highly recommend the pizza indeed. It's a good idea to make a reservation on weekend nights. Beautiful space, lots of plants and industrial vibes.

Sat a bar & service was outstanding! Bartenders made excellent food & drink suggestions. 2 of us ordered the crab dip- heavenly & a pizza - to die for! Took most of pizza home - just as good the next day for lunch so it wasn't just the drinks that made me like it! Well lit, close parking always a bonus. And the inside was very comfortable. Only drawback was 1/2 mile hike to bathroom. When u see Chewie ur roughly halfway! Will go back & try in Summer too!

After my first visit here on date night with my husband, I had to go back the next weekend and bring my parents cause I had to show them these unique yummy cocktails! The rabbit kick was surprising and the beet Davidson really hit the mark.

I brought an out of town guest here and it was a huge hit! We had the national treasure pizza, and it was out of this world! The crust was light, crispy, and caramelized. The toppings were all outstanding in flavor and texture. It was the best pizza I've ever had. Maddi W. was our waitress and service was so fast it was almost instant, and she was cheerful, friendly, and informative. The butterscotch pudding was a 10/10. And, our drinks were amazing - flavorful, unique, and interesting. Loved the atmosphere - plants, string lights, cozy furniture, all in a huge warehouse type space. I'll go back again and again.

Visiting a friend here in the Twin Cities, he suggested we dine at Earl Giles on a Sunday evening because of the relaxed and unique atmosphere. I ordered the blackberry lavender sling and it came out so fast I was in disbelief. Excellent flavor and the potency to put a smile on my face! Any questions we had were answered in a knowledgeable and enthusiastic way which was truly engaging and helpful. Maddi was a wonderful and very attentive server with an incredibly engaging personality. My friend and I ordered the national treasure pizza as we like a more traditional pizza flavor with tomato sauce. It also was delivered remarkably fast! It was topped generously and had an impressive flavor. Could not have wanted a better crust in taste and texture. So impressive that I ordered another one to take home. As for Dippins we tried the roasted garlic aioli and the Mexican hot honey. Both were spot on tasty! Chose the budino butterscotch pudding for desert and while it looked small to the eyes, it was more than enough dessert coming from a guy who tends to want the biggest serving I can get. It was incredible! Perfect finish to one outstanding meal. From stepping in the door and seeing the place to settling up the check and buying a couple of bottles of their distilled product, every moment was a pleasant experience. I wish I could take Earl Giles home to Kentucky!

Great place! I love the decor - it's an open and airy space and yet has nooks created by walls of plants so you don't feel like you're just sitting in a warehouse. The drinks are beautiful and tasty! Many of them come with glitter in them. So fun! We didn't try the food but it looked good so we want to get back and try it. Service was extremely slow, so that's why I knocked off a star. Still plan to go back!

A wonderful cozy place filled with plants and plenty of seating! Service was quick and friendly. I tried the Crab Tartine (yes, real lumps of crabmeat!) and it was delicious! Bowl o' tots had perfectly plump tater tots with tasty rub (a step above Potato Oles!), and the Ecto Chill Citrus Cooler (contains 5 mg of THC and it's very smooth - tastes like Hi-C I used to drink back in the day as a kid, so good I bought 2 4-packs to take home). I'd definitely return again and try the Pork Madam which my 2 friends had ordered and devoured.
