I was so excited to have eddington's back in the Minneapolis skyway but its mediocre. The soups seemed bland a flourish. The location is awkward. The breadsticks were not as great as I remember either. Probably won't go again.

We went to the NE location, it’s the kitchen not a restaurant, but the gentleman took our to go order and was so friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Tried the new location in downtown Minneapolis as I too remember their store in the old Pillsbury Center. Meh. And they don't accept cash. And here I thought that whole "This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private" actually meant something. Also, there are several, much better soup shops within a block of the place.
