This is the second time I’ve written to you this week. I visited Einstein bagels on Sunday November 16 and lost my credit card. I’ve been repeatedly calling the location multiple times per day and selecting to speak to a team member and the call goes straight back to the recording. I don’t live in the area and it’s a major hassle to cancel my credit card. I will loose all the points accumulated on the card and it could reflect negatively on my credit, not to mention I will need to reenroll in everything that was associated with that card. I used to really like going to Einstein. I think I am finished as a customer.

all I got was a cinamon bagel plain, and they put cream cheese on it. Also there was minimal orders and it took 15 minutes with 4 people working.
Pretty bummed that my smoothie was moderately melted. Would have been fine but my acquaintance ordered the same thing and received it unmelted and with whip cream. They also got my name wrong but I didn’t give them the right one to begin with
Don’t believe Google Maps. It’s inside the behemoth of the U of M. It is not freestanding. It is not easy to find. It is inside of a building inside of another building. Forget it.
And if it’s on a weekend or a holiday? Forget it.
Average college fast food. They were slammed when I was there but they got my order to me efficiently.

My husband drove from St. Paul to Minneapolis so we could enjoy an Einstein bagel. He stopped at the Augsburg campus location. We were both highly disappointed with our bagel breakfast sandwiches. Dried up and tough bagel with a rubbery egg that was pulled out of the fridge, covered with cheap thin-sliced ham. This experience has desecrated our memory of the first time we tried an Einstein bagel. We will be heading to Saint Paul Bagelry next time! We do recommend them.

Good bagels, but insufficient stock of popular varieties.
There were a few reviews with confusion as to where the Einstein Bros. is located, and it's located inside the Christensen Center on the Augsburg campus. We visited in-between appointments at M Health Fairview Children's on a day where classes were not in session, so we were able to park on the street right outside the Christensen Center for free one hour parking. (Parking was hard to come by, though.)We ordered a bacon and cheese egg sandwich, and it was fine, nothing to write home about (but that's what we were expecting when looking for a quick bite to eat).
Not located where it says they are, no idea if they even exist. Phone number doesn't work
The latte was missing the espresso shots and my lox sandwich came on a cinnamon sugar bagel (which I definitely did not order). Disappointing to say the least.
Love the food here. Excellent coffee and bagels. Five stars but for the price. $45 fast food breakfast for three adults one child
