Went to the food truck in New Hope, food was super salty and dry! We ordered steak tacos! And the meat doesn’t even taste like steak, usually its grilled or smoky but for some reasons it taste like it was fried and lord god super salty. Cant even finish one and we ordered 8 of them. Its a waste of money for real.

This food truck has great food and conveniently located off 42nd Street. There always busy, you can pre-order and pickup as well. Ambiance 4/5 Food truck is conveniently located outside right off 42nd. It's right next to a liquor store if your so inclined to grab drinks and food to go! I always felt safe, never any sketchy business happening. Outside of the traffic, it's a pretty quiet area even in the Summer. Food 5/5 Have lots of options. I ordered the melons, Elotes, drink, and rice and beans. Cost 5/5 Altogether I paid about $15 Service 5/5 Always friendly and helpful when providing a drink carrier. I was informed they take preorders which was nice to know! Overall 5/5 great place if your in the area and on the go!

Best Birria I've ever had.. Everything on menu is fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection.. I take my family, and drive over an hour every few months to order half the items on the menu ? Everything is amazing here..

They take credit cards at this food truck, although, I ended up being charged $1 more than what I was told the price was. I had the rolled tacos, tacos dorados. They were really good. I will return to have those again.

My favorite food truck for street tacos in the twin cities, and luckily for me, I have to drive past it very often.I recommend 3-4 tacos for a person. If you can't finish it, they microwave very nicely the next day.I'm getting hungry just writing this review!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options on the menuParking: You can park at the liquor store for free. This food truck is in the parking lot.Kid-friendliness: It's a food truck with plenty of options for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or inaccessible areas for handicapped patrons.

First time here, stopped at lunchtime. There were 5 or 6 people ahead of me but the food still came pretty quickly once we ordered. Most of the people waiting in line and waiting for their food were native Spanish speakers, so that was a good sign. I ordered the Fajita Burrito with green sauce (Medium) and Campechanos for my meat selection. It was fantastic! Big 'ol burrito like you get from the chain place, but ten times better. Came with a few chips, nothing special, but a nice little throw-in and something to dip in the tasty sauce. When you're in the area, hit this place up!
