Good luck having a server interact with you in the first 10 mins. Most of the time I had to stand next to the door for what feels like a lifetime before being even acknowledged. I almost felt like intruding whenever I eat there. Tried it a few times with the exact same kind of treatment. Never eat there again.

Canceled order hour after it was placed because “restaurant closed”. Kitchen still open for 10 more minutes and you waited one hour. Unprofessional will not order from again and do not recommend.

This was the nicest karaoke place. Just make sure when you're making a reservation that it's for the room because the table is separate. The room was a little pricier than expected but it's not too bad if you have enough people to split it up. The room was really nice and the sound was amazing through the microphone and speakers. The drinks and food were really good too. Surprisingly decent parking in Minneapolis. All around a really good time. Karaoke with a group of friends in a private room is way more fun than bar karaoke and I highly recommend this one.

Petty poor all around. Inattentive service. Sushi was ok and that's being generous. Had an issue with our bill and the manager wasn't even there to correct it, server said she couldn't so we paid the extra $10. Server told us we could call the manager in a couple days.

Such a poor establishment. They tried to take advantage of a large group of girls by overcharging with a hidden fee. Food was mediocre and the service was terrible. Would not recommend, you can find somewhere better.

We had a big party of about 20 for a birthday party. I loved how you can connect your phone to pull up songs from YouTube so you could sing any song you wanted. Also, the food was really good! their tonkatsu ramen was one of the best and I dont even like ramen. The sushi was also very good. would definately recommend!
