Fabulous catering made meals to put in my freezer during the time my husband was sick. He has since passed and I am enjoying these wonderful meals while I grieve. It has truly helped get me through. The food is out of this world and better than take out. Thank you.

Recently I hired Fabulous Catering to help me host a memorial for my husband, Tom. I cannot say how wonderful they were. I knew that I wanted it small and intimate and that it would reflect what Tom would have planned. They walked me through every detail. They helped me find a venue, that was perfect. They helped me plan a menu that was outstanding. We had tenderloin, that was so much better than the steak we had at a very well known steakhouse the night before. The servers were amazing. They understood the meaning of this gathering, and took such care with all of us. I am so thankful that I found Fabulous and would recommend them for any event.

Wow! I cannot say enough about this amazing catering company. The menu was incredible and the chef and my coordinator allowed me to tailor it to meet my needs and be the perfect menu I wanted. The staff were extremely responsive and answered all my questions. They were thorough and though of every detail. They were kind and professional and courteous. When we had our cocktail hour with passed appetizers the staff came out to the meadow where me and my husband were taking photos and fed us. It was all those little details that made them so great. We had a lovely tasting before the event to finalize the menu. The food served was 3 passed appetizers and a buffet. Appetizers were: Aromatic Chicken and Lemongrass Patties With Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce Served in Individual Lettuce Leaves, "Twice Baked" Stuffed Baby Potatoes With Cotswolds Cheese and Chives, Little Chinese Pork Meatballs With Black and White Sesame Seeds Served on Little Toothpicks With Yellow Miso and Ginger Sauce. Dinner Buffet was: Wine Braised Beef with Aromatic Vegetables Featuring Peterson Farms Limousin Beef, Served with Horseradish and Watercress Sour Cream, Wild Rice and Smoked Lake Superior Whitefish Cakes, With Local Stickney Hills Chevrre and Baby Spinach, Served with Bleu Cheese and Buttermilk Sauce, Fried Polenta Cakes, "Green Island" Rice With Fresh Coriander Puree and Toasted Pepitos, Autumn Beet, Goat Cheese and Greens Salad, With Dices Apples, Baby Arugula and Walnuts, With Lemon and Green Herb Vinaigrette, Grilled & Roasted "Straight from the Farm" Vegetables: Asparagus, Sweet Peppers, Fingerling Potatoes, Local Sweet Corn, Baby Beets, Baby Carrots & Green Beans and many other served on the most beautiful platter, and Fresh Bread with Hope Creamery Butter. They even traveled all the way from Minneapolis to Pepin, WI for my rustic barn wedding. The only downside is it was a bit expensive. However, the food was out of this world. And even my friend who is a successful chef owning 4 fancy-pants restaurants complimented the food! We were also allowed to take the leftovers home with us! Yum! I also received a thank you card from them after the event thanking us for allowing them to do the wedding! What lovely people showing such thoughtfulness! I don't plan on getting married again, but would definitely recommend the company to anyone who needs catering in the wisconsin/minnesota area. Thanks Caroline, Leah, Dawn and everyone else for making my wedding food so memorable!

People couldn't stop raving about the delicious food at our wedding, thanks to Fabulous Catering. My husband and I did tastings at a couple different places, but Fabulous Catering really stood out for freshness and deliciousness, in the depth of winter. The food was even better at the wedding in August. The wedding day was so busy, and I had to do exactly zero management of Fabulous. Brenda (the wedding day manager) was terrific, the waiters were terrific, the bartenders were terrific. We had a heavy hors d'oeuvres wedding (no sit-down meal) and there was plenty for everybody and people were really happy, even though it was a vegetarian meal. Fabulous did a great job of anticipating needs, helping with the cake, etc. I especially appreciated that they didn't charge $1/slice for cutting the cake. We felt their prices in general were very reasonable, the food was outstanding, and I recommend them to everybody. Thanks so much, Fabulous!

Fabulous Catering has catered my backyard Wedding, Open house and my last summer party. Each and every time the food was beyond restaurant quality not to mention the lovely staff. I'm a vegetarian and not only did they come up with an awesome menu but all my guests RAVED about the food. All I can say is they are in a league all there own.

Well, there is one thing that i know for certain.. Fabulous Catering is FABULOUS! that was the best wedding food, people are still raving about it, and Eden and Dawn were first class all the way. The cooked in the rain, ran up and down stairs and even made due with a grille challenge with so much grace. Their staff were also fabulous too. Brides, find a venue where you can choose your own caterer and please please please use Fabulous Catering. Mouth watering. I am going to get the beef recipe - and share it with all my guests!
