This coffee shop is just…okay. I’ve been twice now, and it’s been a lackluster experience. Staff are adequate (if maybe a little unfriendly) and drinks are okay, but there are much better places nearby with better service and drinks for the same price. I was particularly disappointed in the matcha I ordered; the powdered matcha was lumpy and not well mixed, to the point where I only could enjoy half the drink. I’d check out Crema Coffee which is nearby and has much better drinks and vibes.

As a tea drinker, I've loved the experiences I've had at Falls Coffee! Their hot tea selection is great with many delicious and interesting blends. I also tried a Blues Clues matcha (matcha with blueberry puree) and it was delicious! Just the right amount of sweetness.
Additionally, the staff are very nice and the shop itself is cute. The space appears to be a former garage, and they open the garage door sometimes on nice days so you can feel the fresh air.
Overall, I recommend Falls Coffee for anyone!

Not sure as there are so many negative reviews, but I LOVE this place. I've been going here for a little over a year and when I want good service with good coffee, this is my go-to place. I only go on the weekday mornings on my way to work, so I can't vouch for the weekend mornings, but when I do go I'm always in and out! There are some instances where I don't get greeted right away, but I always figure out that the barista is making another persons drink/food item which is true 98% of the time. I defs recommend this place!

I usually don't write reviews but I feel like this deserves one. The guy taking our order looked like he wanted us to leave. Just stood there. Did not even ask what we wanted. Just silence for about a minute until we figured we would order. Then our drinks. The pink pony matcha and the blossom matcha. Looked like muddy pond water topped with pepto bismol. It tasted just how it looked, disgusting. My husband and I just threw our whole drinks away because they were truly undrinkable. I had also asked for a small cup of milk on the side for our 1 year old son that he did not receive. Im not sure if I was charged or not but after seeing and tasting our drinks we just wanted to get out of there. I hope the owners see this and change their menu and staff. I don't know how this place is in business.

My husband and I went this morning around 11 and had the absolute worst service. We were the only ones in line and waited by the register for at least 5 minutes while there was a staff member behind the counter who couldn’t be bothered to help us. He walked by us multiple times doing other things without saying a word to us. I assume he was waiting for his colleague in the back room to help us instead, but they never came. He finally came up to the register rolling his eyes and didn’t say a word to us, just stared and waited for us to speak to him… By the time our drinks were done, he didn’t announce our order or say what drink was which. It was so obvious he had no interest in helping us (or anyone). Very bummed to have driven so far and been treated like that. This place was really hyped up on social media and we drove a ways to try it but the service ruined it.

Charming atmosphere, locally-sourced pastries and close proximity to Minnehaha Falls make Falls Coffee an ideal spot to meet up and grab coffee before a walk. Unfortunately, when I visited they were clearly understaffed and very, very slow. Pack your patience as the friendly workers struggled to keep up. Nothing like waiting 15 minutes for plain drip coffee.

I used to come here a lot before the uptick from tik tok (I also live far away now). I get the saigon every time and it’s been consistently great. If I lived closer I’d be a more frequent customer!
I come to this coffee shop pretty often, great location and chill vibe. The only downside is the coffee can be really hit or miss depending on who's working that shift. I’m guessing most baristas are part-time, so sometimes it’s great, other times it tastes like mud water. Even ordering the same drink two days in a row can feel like two totally different experiences.

I’ve been here a couple times and have had a decent experience each time. The best part? I love their boba drinks! Each time they have been delicious and I’m trying to order something new each time. The barista each time has been nice too and their bathroom was clean. The worst part? The wait time each time has been longer than I’d expect since each time was not particularly busy. I also have ordered both the breakfast burrito and breakfast croissant sandwhich and I am not a fan of either. The burrito is very small for what you pay and the croissant was super hard; I had to rip off of the hard parts to eat it. I’m hoping next time I can try something better.
