This coffee shop is just…okay. I’ve been twice now, and it’s been a lackluster experience. Staff are adequate (if maybe a little unfriendly) and drinks are okay, but there are much better places nearby with better service and drinks for the same price. I was particularly disappointed in the matcha I ordered; the powdered matcha was lumpy and not well mixed, to the point where I only could enjoy half the drink. I’d check out Crema Coffee which is nearby and has much better...
As a tea drinker, I've loved the experiences I've had at Falls Coffee! Their hot tea selection is great with many delicious and interesting blends. I also tried a Blues Clues matcha (matcha with blueberry puree) and it was delicious! Just the right amount of sweetness.
Additionally, the staff are very nice and the shop itself is cute. The space appears to be a former garage, and they open the garage door sometimes on nice days so you can feel the fresh...

Not sure as there are so many negative reviews, but I LOVE this place. I've been going here for a little over a year and when I want good service with good coffee, this is my go-to place. I only go on the weekday mornings on my way to work, so I can't vouch for the weekend mornings, but when I do go I'm always in and out! There are some instances where I don't get greeted right away, but I always figure out that the barista is making another persons drink/food...
