Tara's Vegan menu is simply amazing! The flavor of all her dishes is perfect. I love them all!! But I think my favorites are her homemade black bean burger and of course the combination of the Fried Cabbage, spicy collards, and quinoa! And portions are such that I usually get multiple meals out of each entre! She is truly gifted!
