Fat Nat's Eggs NEW HOPE

My daughter turned me on to this place. I have been here twice. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. They don't stay open late they basically do breakfast and lunch.
It's very busy here and you may have to wait for seating especially for breakfast. But well worth it..
I've been there twice
And I forgot the name of the item I got. It was like hash browns with an egg on it with some bacon on it it was like an eggs benedict kind of thing but not really. It was good and it's even better later when it marinate in the fridge because you can't eat it all because it's so big.
The staff is all very friendly
And very laid-back, what I really liked about the staff was that there was a variety of ages from young adult to an older adult more mature
And also all the staff help each other. It's not one person working on one table, it is a group effort to serve everybody to make sure that everybody is
Happy and satisfied. It's a little spendy it could be a little more than what people are used to but it is so worth it. Thee meals are huge and they run from 10 to $20.
We were three adults and one child. Very accommodating they did have a child high chair
For my grandson. This place is seating is very close together but having the high chair didn't seem to hinder the walkway which was great.
I love this place and I look forward to going there again.

I was disappointed by the fake maple syrup, as well as the lack of fresh cream for my coffee. The hashbrowns and eggs were both cooked well. The toast was underwhelming.

Although the food was okay , the customer service was at the worst and looked very biased . We went there with our kids and were put on the waitlist . While we were waiting , our kid started getting hiccups but was straight out refused drinking water . Them refusing prospective customers a glass of water citing some rules was completely out of line and very insensitive .

I picked up my food. Pancakes, eggs, hash browns. All were delicious. I only had to wait 5 minutes for my order.

Pancakes are perfect... not too sweet, light & fluffy!
The green hatch Chile & red hatch Chile are amazing!!!
Our waitress has been here since they opened & she is super friendly & had great suggestions.
This was our first visit & certainly won't be our last!

Good food ... What more can you say!

The food was very good. We each had breakfast food. The american fries are delicious. Pancakes are huge and delicious. I an allergic to egg yolks and they were nice enough to serve me just egg whites with my corned beef hash. They were very busy, but the food still came out quickly.

My first time visiting the New Hope location, I've always been to the Brooklyn Park location. The food at New Hope was stellar and the service was faster than expected compared to the Brooklyn Park location with with 20 to 30 people at the table understandably is more difficult for the wait staff. I visited with two other people and all three entrees or dinners were very good... The atmosphere was the same as N.P. and as a first visit here, I top this one even over the Brooklyn Park location, which I visit once a month for a retirees breakfast get together.

Was looking for a good place to have breakfast while we were in the area and we were impressed. Awesome omelets, great hashbrowns, pancakes were great too. Large portions. Large seating area, everything was great.
