Came here for the first time to see my favorite band (Mo Lowda and The Humble) perform for their third time in the Twin Cities. Getting in was super easy since I just got my ID checked and went through a simple metal detector. The space is a perfect size for a more intimate experience with bands. At different points throughout the concert I was at the front of the stage, at the bar, and towards the back with no issues getting around despite there being a large crowd. Next time I'll be looking to try out the upstairs area but general admission was what any concert goer might expect from standing room. The restrooms were also much nicer than I anticipated FWIW. I was also able to meet some band members on my way out because of the setup of the merchandising stand, so that was pretty cool. 5 stars from me!

What a great venue. It is a standing crowd venue. Full bar. No food. I am disabled and rode my scooter. It is handicapped accessible. I cannot say enough great things about the staff. They were phenomenal. Without their help and attentiveness. Our experience would not have been as great.

Loud, but they passed out ear plugs at the door. Saw Zepparella and they rocked!

It's small but as long as you're not behind a tall person, there's no bad place to stand

This, unfortunately, seems to be a common complaint about this place but their 18+ policy is utterly ridiculous. I brought in my 17 y/o brother from Washington state who I haven't seen in months since moving to the Cities for college. I am 19 and neither of us own fakes nor had the intention of buying alcohol at all (especially since I've had drinking problems in the past). Hundreds of dollars wasted on flights, food, and other transportation just to have our whole weekend ruined. I'm not normally someone who files complaints about things but this has got to be the single most disrespectful event I've been to. It is quite reasonable for a minor to be accompanied by a trusted adult and it is ridiculous that a legal guardian absolutely has to be present. For comparison, The ShowBox in Seattle which is a venue of about the same size and which also serves alcohol does not have an 18+ policy and has never had issues with it. I just cannot believe this is how they handle things. He turns 18 in 8 months. Tasteless.

Bartender went out of her way to be rude. Saw it happen more than once actually, seemed like you couldn’t make a comment or say anything to her (as a bartender?) without her getting political. She was rude to an older gentleman who even I heard clearly order 4 beers and she had to go out of her way to make a comment about how she never heard the 4th? As someone who has also worked in the service industry it’s very easy to tell when someone is going out of their way to basically say F you to the customer and she was a repeat offender lol. You know it gets bad when you hear people in the crowd talking about it too. Maybe have a different choice for a Led Zeppelin (70’s Rock) cover band. Just a business observation from a person definitely younger than that bartender.

I was targeted by staff at the cherry glazer show for my religious dress
First time here to see the Henhouse Prowlers, and we had a blast. Love the energy, small space, and how low the stage is. Will definitely be back!

Good sound space.

Sweet venue. Very nice people behind the bar.

The Fine Line is a small and wonderful space for shows. Most of the space is general admission with some reserved tables on the balcony, which are great for disabled people, the elderly and other patrons who just want a seat. Reserve table 12 if you want to look right over the stage area. Bars on are both levels with one bathroom on the main floor. The staff are super kind as well, so a great place to see a concert.

Fine Line is a great venue. The atmosphere and sound are fantastic. It’s one of the Twin Cities’ great smaller venues. There’s also lots of convenient parking nearby — Ramp C is only a block away.
