Amazing food! I think five guys has the best fast food burgers out there. Great fries and so many of them and also an awesome lettuce wrap burger. The staff was very good.

Ordered via doordash on a Saturday night at around 6 p.m. received word from dasher that doors were locked and store is closed. Obviously a huge error by the team there not to make sure their hours or whatever we're aligned with doordash. Be better

This really pissed me off most of the time when I go there they get my order right but this time when I placed my order I had to go over it twice with the cashier and then she still didn’t get it right after the fact I went to the cook to make sure they made it correct and still they did not get my order right.. also the fries were barely cooked I watched the cook throw the raw potatoes in the oil kept them in for 2 minutes and threw them in the bag… these fast food restaurants starting to go downhill and are being real careless about peoples food..only there for a check and playing in peoples food.
The building as a whole doesn’t have a restroom for customers. This isn’t the kind of place to go if you want to relax. The order I placed lacked care; it seems like they do it any way they want. We are foreigners and came to check out the franchise because it has a good reputation, but we don’t recommend it.
