Food is meh, staff's cleanliness is subpar, and restaurant permits motorcycle groups to crowd the sidewalks with motorcycles before ripping off loudly and unsafely. I ate food from here for several years, then stopped going because the staff hygiene went downhill and the place became annoying in too many ways. It sucks this is the only pizza place in the area now. Whatever bs response is given to this review isn't gonna change this place's crap standards. College kids with no standards go here, that's it.

I ordered the other day, excited to try what’s been recommended as a neighborhood classic. Frank & Andrea estimated about a 40 minute delivery time, which isn’t starting out very good, but I went ahead & placed the order. 2 hours, dozens of push backs on delivery time, & several unanswered calls later I accepted the reality that this store had no intention of fulfilling their obligations. While they flat out refused to make my order or update me in any way, instead most likely hoping to take advantage of innocent & hungry people who would give up & not be able to figure out the refund process (I had to contact a third party to finally get a refund after long holds), this makes me wonder about the rest of their business, & how much emphasis they put on basic stuff like food safety & quality. If I could share one thing with potential customers of this “business,” it would only be that if you want food, go to a place they will give you food, not this house of attempted scams & subpar quality.

I’m a huge fan of Andrea’s in Downtown Minneapolis so when I heard they had a sister restaurant that did cheesesteaks as well I had to come check them out. As a native New Yorker I am picky about my pizza, and Andrea’s is the best!
The pizza and cheese steaks were incredible. The bread is the star of the show it’s so soft yet holds everything together perfectly.
And as good as the food was, the best part was the service provided by their staff. Seriously Ema at the counter provided some of the best service I have had at any restaurant high end or dive. Ema was so sweet and gave great suggestions.
Me and my wife will absolutely be back!

Stopped by Frank and Andrea for lunch with some out-of-town colleagues, based on a coworker’s recommendation. They sell pies by the slice, so we each grabbed a couple. I tried the sausage and pepperoni, but the sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. My colleagues enjoyed the Margherita slices. We arrived at noon, so it wasn’t crowded, but parking was difficult, likely due to its proximity to the university. Overall, it’s an okay spot — decent pizza if you’re nearby, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way for.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and it was a very bad experience. While the food arrived looking good and the fries were seasoned well, my chicken Philly sandwich had a hard piece inside that looked like a bone or foreign object. That completely killed my appetite and made me feel unsafe eating the rest of the food.
On top of that, I specifically requested no mushrooms, but they were still included, and I had to pick them out. The fries were the only thing I could enjoy, but after finding that piece in my sandwich, I didn’t even want to finish those.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and disgusting first impression, and I won’t be ordering again.

This was my 1st time here and Emma was so friendly and attentive. They make me want to come back just because of their great customer service. The Philly cheese steak sandwich and salad were both delicious.

My fiance and I order take out cheese steaks. We both agree the sandwiches were dry, the bread dry, meat dry. Get the point I am guessing dry. My man ended up toasting the bead with a little butter and added seasoning, more cheese, more onions and garlic butter to the meat to help it out. We had really high hopes for this place, huge let down. The sandwich even though we added double meat was still lacking.

The plant-based cheesesteak is out of this world. I've been vegetarian for 20+ years and am from the East Coast and have never had a non-meat cheesesteak as good as this one. The mayo is also something special. Their food has been consistently amazing every time.

A nice little spot! Industrial decor but in a cool sense more than unfinished. I ordered a sunny side of Philadelphia sandwich and it was lovely. Very juicy, with good bacon and runny yolks making for a messy but tasty meal. My first ever Philly cheese steak and it was a good one. The steak alone could use more seasoning, but that's what the toppings are for. I think I'll come back to try the pizza since that looked interesting! Do make a note that payment is card only.

Solid pizza. 7.6. Venue is pretty beat. Every table in the dining room was dirty with food. Maybe if the guy in the back put away his phone and came out and cleaned up? We ate on the mesh tables outside which are good as food just falls through leaving them relatively clean. It was my first visit and the vibe I got was: this place is all about feeding the drinkers after last call. Would I go back? Yes. Pizza oven -> plate = you're safe.

I went here with two of my friends and I usually get the Hawaiian slice however they did not have a pizza made, but they said that it would take 5 to 10 minutes to prep and get to me after I order so I didn’t have a problem with that. so I said that was OK I paid and then I waited for 40 minutes to get my slice and I went up to check once to see if it was even being made and after about 20 minutes, one of the people working just started on it and it was so frustrating because I was told it would take like 5 to 10 minutes and I ended up waiting for 40 minutes and it was so frustrating. after it was done after 40 minutes, the guy that was making the pizza asked me how many slices I ordered and I said one, but I really should’ve said two because I waited for so long and I deserved a free slice at least.
Don’t get me wrong I love getting my Hawaiian slice from here and this isn’t my first time going here, but this scenario was very frustrating. i’ll probably be coming back, but maybe I won’t get my pizza made if they don’t have the kind I want….
