WE ARE NOT A RETAIL ESTABLISHMENT. Just trying to help the community. We are a manufacturer that ships to distributors. You can find our retail products (keto bread (soon) and cranberry wild rice bread) at Kwik Trip.
I ordered the Friday special, mussels in wine sauce. The mussels were cold and tasted so fishy! The wine sauce was none existence, and on a small puddle of nasty fish sauce. I wouldn't recommend them. ?The bead was good.
I don’t know what’s more disgusting, the factory itself or the people who work here.
Does anyone know if they work late on Friday nights after they close?
Worked here for a couple weeks, not a good job. HR & management are very manipulative. Picks on employees. Let’s their employees get treated any kind of way so management feels empowered. Very belittling people. Not a sanitary place to order bread from. This is not even a hate post, in all honesty from the moment I stepped foot in their work area I knew I would never eat their bread. Pans are black & filled with gunk & grease. Only rinsed off with water. So many employees don’t wash their hands. Did I mention their are cameras in the bathrooms? The employee bathrooms have cameras in them. HR told me they have pictures & videos from the employees bathrooms. I was in disbelief. Got injured here & they tried to let me go so I wouldn’t make worker’s compensation. Which didn’t work. But they play a dirty game. Save your time & money. I do have proof of these things as well.
I love it because I work there it's all good in neighborhood with me
Never been here but I walk by every night I was trying to help a woman under medical distress and they did not let her inside. Absolutely disgraceful you all should be ashamed.

Franklin Street Bakery was a great shop to buy pastries, donuts, muffins, bread...but the store closed years ago, no one knows where to buy the baked goods any longer, they don't sell to the public.
