The food was really good but I couldn't help but notice that the dinning area was dirty, almost all the tables still had items left from past costumers, only a few were clean. Pay more attention to that please.. but otherwise everything was good.

First visit and loved it. It was cooked fresh and made to order. I do love the concept and dining area was very wide. A few arcade games and lots of tables and booths to sit. I will enjoy going back. Food was A++++++

I wouldn't be surprised if they closed. We went just before 5pm with a few tables reserved and there was already a line out the door. Countless would be customers came and left. It took OVER one hour to place an order as only one cashier was open even with multiple reserved tables before any real rush. They have an intercom system that is lacking so store employees wander aimlessly with melting shakes looking for homes.

Wow this location in my past experiences have been rock star perfection! This visit was very sad!!! We waited over an hour for 4 of our group of fives orders. They claimed the cook walked out and with the way the other crew working were behaving and talking to each other and to customers i can see why. We should have walked too!!! Definitely needs to have a new crew and new management!!!!

We had a party of 30. We called ahead and were told they cannot reserve a spot for us. That our party was "too large". Got there and waited in line for over an hour to order! There was 1 bus person, and he did an amazing job, but simple could not keep up. We bussed the tables we wanted. There was 1 person doing both the bar and the bakery/shakes. Again, he was doing an amazing job, but both areas suffered since he couldn't be in 2 at 1 time.Our order, and several others in our group was messed up and we needed to go back to get it fixed. They ran out of onion rings on a Saturday night. The food was good but I would strongly suggest just about anywhere else on a Saturday night. Service has got to be better than it was here.

The food was good and quick. The wait to order was a tad long because there was only 1 person working there cash registers. Half of the flavors we're empty in the soda dispenser and I couldn't find anyone to work the desert register so I skipped a dessert.... probably for the better

First time to any Fuddruckers. It was surprisingly really good! I had the bourbon burger with sweet fries. Next time, I'm going to pass on the sweet fries though. I also had a chocolate shake which was good. They bring the shakes to your table but you have to go up and pick up your food at the counter. Tables weren't cleaned well neither were the bathrooms. I ordered my burger medium and came out well done. Not sure if this is a common theme or a one off.

The line can get long and slow sometimes but the service is awesome. And the choices at the toppings bar are always fresh. Even when they were really busy, they kept the serving area and toppings bar very well stocked and clean.

It's was fine. I had to ask for the cheese that was supposed to be on my featured burger. The staff was clearly less than enthusiastic about being there, but they were still friendly enough and polite.

Yum, yum, yum! Always fresh ingredients made into tasty food. You won’t leave hungry! Plenty of variety on the menu, from hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches galore and a big desert area. Their shakes and malts are delicious! Service is nice and fast. It’s a very family friendly place and I’d recommend going there hungry!

Great burgers and pretty good shakes and wedge French fries. I love that you add your own toppings on your burger after they cook it. That includes hot melted cheese if you want, as well as dill pickles and fresh-cut veggies, and as much or little ketchup as you want.

Great service! Went there with a couple friends and had a great time! Great burgers and fries. Their environment is like a real Malt shop from the retro 80's or 90's except with the arcade and stuff in the modern times! Awesome joint!
