Una experiencia inolvidable! Celebré mi cumpleaños en Fusion Pancake House & Bistro y no puedo estar más agradecida. Claudia la encargada, organizó un espacio para 22 personas con tan solo un día de anticipación, lo cual fue un detalle increíble. Además, tuvieron el gesto de invitarme el desayuno por mi cumpleaños. Desde el servicio hasta la atención al detalle, todo fue impecable. Se nota el compromiso del restaurante por hacer que sus clientes se sientan especiales. Sin duda, regresaré pronto. I was looking for a nice breakfast and Fusion came up in my search. It was an AMAZING surprise when I saw the delicious menu with one of the best pancakes I have ever tried and the enchiladas were authentic. I really enjoyed the food, the service and the place. Highly recommended and definitely a place to come back regularly.

They are so kind! The food is affordable and delicious! The environment is so pretty with the flowers! I love coming here, I would recommend the Pico omelette if you like some spicy food!

Took about a few minutes to be seated, then we did get seated and sat down in an outdoor area, which was nice. Flies were present at the moment, though. Finally got waters, and they did not care to ask us for any drinks on the menus. Got our food after a moderate 15-minute wait. The pancakes were quite dry, but if you put syrup on it, then it would be alright. They did not check our table for about an hour and thirty minutes straight and didn't even care to ask for refills. After an hour, we had to ask a different waiter for our check, and she was nice about it and brought it quickly, but our original waiter didn't care to apologize and just picked up our check. Will probably not go again.

I am a biscuits and gravy guy. But this place brings me right out of my box! Had an omelette made in what seems like a very big shaped omelette pan with wonderful ingredients and not only did it come with pancakes but I could order it with the fruit I preferred!
No gravy, no hasbrowns, and I loved it.

Stopped here for brunch and had the bacon pancakes and hashbrowns, which were delicious. I sat out on the patio, which had a very welcoming decor and vibe. Everyone was friendly.
