This may be my favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities. Gandhi Mahal Restaurant—also known for delivery as Curry in a Hurry—serves delicious, flavorful, authentic food that always leaves an impression. We always get takeout and there are a variety of fun specials during the week to encourage return trips. Prices are sneaking up a little bit as long as they don’t get too expensive I will eat here frequently. Never dined in, doesn’t seem super well suited for it.
I relatively recently moved to the area, I am from a small town with very little food diversity/choices. I decided to give something new a try. LET ME TELL YOU. I had an out of body experience. I ordered the chicken tikka masala and a samosa with green chutney. It was one of the most delicious meals I have ever had in my life. My pants button was bursting at the seam and I couldn’t stop eating. I am a changed woman.
