The food was fantastic- people talked about it for days after our wedding. And the speed with which they were able to service 140 people out of the food truck was truly impressive. We never felt like anyone had to wait or delay to get the dish they wanted. I would recommend them time and time again for any event!!

So, so good! I was torn between trying the brisket and the black bean option. Jonathan was super helpful and described both options very well. I sampled the apple jalapeño relish and it is incredible. I ended up trying both the brisket and black bean. They are phenomenal! I’ll be on the lookout for this food truck. P.S. I love how they work with local farmers and curate the menus around what farmers have to reduce waste while creating amazing dishes :)
