Gastrotruck was an amazing wedding caterer! We loved having a food truck for our wedding and our guests did too. We were worried about the process being slow, but it was faster than a buffet line or plated meal for 230 people. The food was delicious and we got lots of compliments on how unique it was, plus portion sizes were adequate which isn’t always the case at weddings. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options as well. We did cake shooters through them for dessert also which were delish!

The food was fantastic- people talked about it for days after our wedding. And the speed with which they were able to service 140 people out of the food truck was truly impressive. We never felt like anyone had to wait or delay to get the dish they wanted. I would recommend them time and time again for any event!!

Smoked meatloaf sandwich was incredible and then some. The bun (brioche?) and smoked meatloaf were excellent, but the slaw and sauce really made everything work. Wow.....
Everything was amazing! There was really something for everyone, and I only heard glowing reviews. Also, Stephen was so nice and cool and easy to work with! The whole experience was really positive for us. We feel like we for sure made the right choice.
