Worse company in twin city . They just took benefits from clients insurance and provided no service at all. Especially case workers are suck ?? This company suck every single people benefit??

My wife worked here for a short period of time. Her first impressions of the company were great. It seemed super diverse and forward thinking. She was hired was super excited and couldn’t wait to be part of such an “amazing “ company. Her first week or so was awesome! She couldn’t have asked for more. Week 3 or so she was told where to sit who to sit with and how to behave what to say and how to act. She was a modern day slave. She being a proud black women was shocked. Her mental health took a deep toll as people were talking about her behind her back undermining her decisions and clearly going against the company’s supposed “core” values. This place is a mess and any person of color should be weary by the false identity this company attempts to portray. They need sensitivity and diversity training. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!

I have had a care coordinator at my health insurance company in the past, and had good experiences there, but they seem to have outsourced this function to Genevive. So far I just get voicemail and no one has returned my calls. Not a very responsive organization.
