We got the ube matcha and we were impressed with the quality. The matcha felt like it was made fresh. However about 2/3 of the drink was ice and considering the price point we felt the overall value could have been better.

i went to get a bahn mi sandwich and saw this place so i went back the next time. never heard of croffles in my life, but i grew up on vietnamese coffee, just not this fancy. i had to order mine in person to see if i could get the butterfly with viet coffee instead of match. it was so pretty and good, but i fell in love with the croffles and wish i went back the next day to get a couple more since i'm a traveler and can't find them everywhere i go. i will definitely miss this place.

I waited 25 minutes for a cup of coffee. And still no cup of coffee. What a waste of time. They said they were out of eggs and to wait 10 minutes. We waited and waited until 25 minutes. Our order was forgotten. and asked for a refund. Will never go back.

We got the tiramisu and salted latte. Have always been a fan of vietnamese coffee but there aren’t many places that do ones with coldfoam. So we were really excited to try this one out. Place was packed! Coffee was pretty good but i’ve had better. I’m also pretty sure their drinks are all one size because they didn’t ask what size we wanted

Had to try this spot as a matcha lover, the matcha actually had a good flavor and color and wasn’t the light green milk I usually expect from matcha not made at home 💀 we ordered the sakura strawberry matcha and the coconut matcha, as well as the matcha strawberry crowaffle and the ube crowaffle. Both drinks were extremely flavorful and textured perfectly and the sakura flavor really shined through. The crowaffles were the perfect amount of crispy and soft and the cream and toppings on top were just amazing. Great way to start my Saturday! Glad to see more good matcha spots popping up in the twin cities, might try the plain matcha next time!

This place is amazing. I swear to you this is the best matcha I have had in such a long time. I had to stop myself from inhaling the drink. PLEASE support this little shop and get a croffle while you’re at it. It’s so crunchy and just perfect.

I got the sakura strawberry matcha and I will be dreaming of it until the next time I can get it again.

Great spot to grab a drink and a dessert. Tried a couple of the different Vietnamese coffees and a strawberry croffle. Loved it and will definitely be back!

This spot stands out with its distinctive menu, coffee, pastries, and food offerings. The atmosphere is lively, with groups of people studying, couples enjoying dates, and others simply relaxing. It’s a welcoming space that truly captures the essence of community and makes you feel right at home.

Best Vietnamese coffee in town! Authentic egg coffee and it will be my fav spot. Only $6 each. Ube is pretty new for me but the ube tastes great and not too sweet. Wide and clean space with great location in Dinky Town. Also have Banh Mi (good enough) and Croffe (delicious). Recommend to come at 10:00am Sat when they just opened to avoid the crowds.

Great Vietnamese coffee spot in the heart of Dinkytown Staff were super friendly and kept the lines moving fast
The Vietnamese Pandan coffee and reg Vietnamese coffee were delicious as were the croffles!
Such a tasty unique treat - a waffle made of croissant dough my fave is the strawberry cheesecake flavor!
They are located in Banh appetit store - where they have savory items such as the Banh mi sandwiches and noodle bowls
Esthetics / decor is beautiful here!
Parking - street only which can be tough with construction and close to the U of M
