Terrible service, the waiters should be educated about customer service and the food should vary, the pork in poor condition

I was trying to eat my plate of food sitting in a booth.I had small flying bugs landing in my plate.I asked the employee cleaning the table next to me to come over.I pointed to a bug on my plate. She then grabbed the plate and removed it from the table.I then went to the cashier/ manager and told her about the flying bugs landing in my food. She just smiled and said thank you..I don't find flying bugs landing on my plate very appealing. And apparently the manager could care less.

I had small flying bugs landing on my plate of food. I called over the employee cleaning the table next to me. I pointed to the bug to show her it. she then grabbed my plate of food and took it away. I then went to the manager at the front counter. I told her about the flying bugs. she just smiled and said thank you. did not ask if she could do anything for me. I paid $16.25 to eat two bites of food. the manager didn't seem to care about the customer. I'd never recommend this place to anyone. horrible customer service!!@

Come right when it opens. 11:15am is the best for lunch since everything has just been put out and the second round of dishes have just gone out.

Food was great, but unfortunately the service was not. There was a very sick customer walking around the food aisles coughing with and without covering their mouth. They continued to serve themselves food without bothering to put hand sanitizer that was available. I asked the front desk staff to kindly make a suggestion to the coughing customer to wear a mask, however, the staff told me that they could not because they are a paying customer and the staff could tell they were not actually sick nor coughing on the food. Absolutely astonishing, I left right after that. I will take my money else where.

All food was cold. I was in at a time everything should have been fresh and hot. Seafood isn't worth it if you want to try it lunch is cheaper.

Terrible food for the price. Not hot. Not fresh. Super disappointed. I think they are serving days old food. Was excited to go, so very disappointed when leaving. The soup wasn't even good.

Got take out was told one price charged another and the lady was rude. Don't waste your time. Place sucks. There's a place in fridley by the keys cafe that's way better and costs less. Supreme buffet. Go to supreme buffet. Food was almost 3 stars but the lady who took my order put a bad taste in my mouth.

A very decent buffet! A buck and some change more expensive than Maplewood. Not many selections compared to the Maplewood location either. Smaller batches of entrées, dessert, and limited salad bar.The great thing about this location is that the entrées are well made, not overcooked, not overly salty, and delicious. Especially the seafood!! The green mussels are plump and juicy; the crawfish are not overcooked and plump: the white clams are juicy and cleaned well. That makes the difference in this location. Also, FYI, the green mussels at this location are in a mild oyster sauce vs Maplewood's heavier oyster sauce. Both locations are good but you can figure out if you want light or heavy dishes.
