I get food from Green + the Grain all the time. I usually go to the store in the Forum 900 building, but that one is closed on Fridays, so today I went to the one in the Baker Center. I preordered my salad online and didn't arrive until the time it said it would be ready. The store was overwhelmed. They were so incredibly busy. It looked like they were preparing a large order for a group. This wouldn't have been an issue. I waited until my order was ready. When I got back to my office to eat, the salad hadn't been mixed up. All the ingredients were pressed into the bowl in sections and the dressing was in cups. This was very surprising because when I dine at the Forum 900 store I always watch them mix up the salad as they prepare it so that all the ingredients are incorporated. This salad was very difficult to eat and made a big mess in my office as I tried to mix everything together. I wouldn't have been so bothered if I hadn't paid $25 for this salad. I wasn't sure where else to provide my feedback. I love Green + The Grain, especially more than some other salad restaurants. I will definitely dine there again. But I won't bother with an online order and I'll definitely request that they mix the salad together. Maybe this was my error, but overall I feel like the Baker Center store could use more support for the lunch rush.

A very large salad bowl with many ingredients that you can choose yourself.
Very tasty and the dressing also tastes very good. I am very enthusiastic about this skywalk restaurant. Recommend it

The salads are fantastic! Although they are a bit on the pricey side.
A salad here is double the cost of a Chipotle bowl (without tip). For a SALAD. A TOGO salad, at that. I've gotten two different signature salads here and they were barely edible. Gas station quality, at best. Why does anyone like this place? I just don't get it. Is it the name? Is it the marketing? Someone please explain it to me.
So worth the scavenger hunt through the subways to find!! Fresh and full of flavor. Had the Cowboy with beef tenderloin!

Absolutely incredible salads! I wish I could buy the salad dressing. Top notch.
Most of the time I order online and then pick it up as it is close to my office. The line can be very long which is a testament to how good the salads are. Nice portions and fanastic basalmic vinegar.

The Thiccccest salad you will find in the twin cities! This place is always absolutely packed for lunch in the sky ways and for good reason! In my opinion, it’s far out performs Crisp and Green. The lettuce is finally chopped up and they put about 100 ingredients in each salad so every bite is interesting. The staff will mix it for you so everything is coated with the delicious dressing. Modern interior, always clean.
I don't even care that it costs $20 for a lunch, these salads are incredible.
