The worst experience I've had buying from Somali people. They gave me one that tasted burnt, and when I asked for a refund or a proper replacement, they refused. Absolutely no customer service. I’m never buying xalwa from this place again.
I am disappointed. I bought Xalwo Kismayo today and I asked if it was fresh. The guy confirmed that it was. Unfortunately, it was disgusting and I believe that they used rancid oil. Very disappointing.
I tried three times including today for the past 5 months and it got worse and worse. One time can be justified but 3 times of each time getting worse is crazy.
From now on, I would probably buy the Xalwo from Quruxlow which most of the time has consistency texture and test.
The Xalwo Kismayo in the past used to be delicious but it was becoming disgusting the last couple months. I don't why. May be, the original owners sold out.
