Did order for pickup and the food was ready right when they estimated! Fantastic. I usually go to another sushi place, but their estimates can be over an hour wrong which is infuriating. When I got home, everything was still warm and tasted fantastic. The sushi rolls were everything that I expected and the fish tasted fresh. I was delighted they were open Christmas Eve. But the woman who agreed to bring us green tea and ice water, when we arrived, never did so. We received lukewarm ginger tea. When we asked for our green tea again, the pot came lukewarm again and not steeped. My two dishes were not served hot. I asked for the appetizer to come first, and it did not. Food was okay, sushi definitely better than the thai/chinese menu which was extremely blah across several dishes ordered. Service was weird; not unfriendly or rude, just completely inexperienced: one waiter/host/phone answerer for entire dining room during dinner time; server left hot food on the counter for 5 minutes in plain sight of our table while waiting for other dishes to come up; did not bring enough silverware until after food was served and even then we had to ask for...
