Great diner, excellent food both breakfast and lunch. Good prices, portions, and service. Menu isn't large, but clearly that lets them focus on making the food great.Kid-friendliness: Large portions for kids

I’ve been coming to Hazels for years. I love the food, the great service, and cozy atmosphere with fun art on the walls.I messed up my reservation this morning and likely failed to complete the process. As a result, we did not have a reservation upon arrival for 10:30 Saturday am (very popular time) breakfast.Big thank you to Adam and team for making it work and finding us a table. Excellent meal and service as always!

Lots of little service problems that added up and felt frustrating by the end. Felt rushed by the one hour limit but then the staff didn't seem like they were in any hurry. Ordered one mimosa to share and got two. I really should have said something but I didn't. The food arrived and we got no untensils, spent maybe 5-10 minutes trying to get anyone who worked there to acknowledge us so we could get some. Finally the waiter came back and said they were behind the napkins, fully hidden from view. The food was a bit overpriced but still good. Took a while after getting the check to actually pay, I didn't like that they had you tip on a machine in front of them because I didn't want to tip that much for the service we received. Felt pressured in that aspect. Also it's not the biggest deal but I was the one paying and I didn't like that he assumed my partner was.

This place needs a reality check. Breakfast food is the easiest cheapest food for a restaurant to make yet hazels thinks it can make the plates a little more fancy and charge like 17 dollars for one omelet. A carton of eggs is like 2 dollars there's 3 eggs In their omelet that's 4 omelets a carton so they make 60 dollars off a 2 dollars carton of eggs.

I usually do takeout, but this time, I dined in with 3 kids on my own. The food, service, and kindness of the customers around me made this momma's experience that much better. Everyone devoured their meals. Kids gave it 2 thumbs up and a big smile as their rating. (They had the pancakes and mac & cheese). I am thankful as always when there are gluten-free options. Best of all, I got to enjoy a hot coffee. The servers were so gracious and kind as I had to carry my twin 2 yr olds out of the restaurant football style. They gave me a nod that all is ok....it happens... been there. Dining with children can make or break an experience. I truly appreciated how I was treated by the staff and filled my heart with warmth. I have always been a fan of Hazels and the Sieve family restaurants. ?Dietary restrictions: Had a decent amount of gluten-free options.Kid-friendliness: Great kid's menu selection for reasonable price.

Very busy place! But once you’re seated feels very spacious. Food is good, service is decent. Don’t plan on staying longer than an hour when it’s busy tho!

Thought it was just an everyday cafe and turned out to be pretty expensive. Food was amazing tho and so was the server!

Exciting menu, excellent execution, friendly and accommodating staff seem more like friends you just met, and so do many of your fellow diners. We rarely miss a chance to stop in when we're in town. Super popular, so do make a reservation--it's worth it!
