A great place with lots of seating. Enjoyed the beers that we tried. Would definitely go back.
Great beer and a great place to watch the Timberwolves games.
We love Headflyer!! It's a great environment with great beer and it's also a great place to host an event. We had an amazing experience renting out their back garage space for our event!
Always solid sours and hazys!
Great beers and friendly staff
Genuinely one of the best breweries in the city! The bartenders are the best in the twin cities and it’s a great place to watch a game…… even if you are a “crazy” eagles fan like myself 🤣☺️
“Came in to watch playoff baseball — great beers, awesome atmosphere, and Eric the bartender was incredible. Super friendly, great recommendations, and made the night even better. OG Zaza pop-up was a bonus!”
Really nice area, open seating with plenty of parking, walking distance to local foodie areas and an OG ZaZa pizza trailer connected right next to the Brewery! Definitely worth it! Had a blast, will for sure be back with friends for trivia night or arts and crafts!
Great bar, fantastic staff, and a giant cribbage board!
Corn dog beer is amazing!

What a great atmosphere! The drink selection is well crafted, the staff is attentive, and the location is unique. Though I prefer IPA’s, the sour featuring cola and red wine was excellent.
This brewery had a great vibe and a ton of seating. We also got to enjoy live music during our visit. They were very accommodating with what sizes of beers are available to purchase and they were quite flavorful.
I think Headflyer is in my top three breweries in the Twin Cities... Might even be my favorite! They have a nice location, lots of parking, and their beer is top-notch. Lots of love to the staff, too!
I visited this brewery Saturday night with my wife while we were in town from Asheville (Beer City). We always like to check out local breweries when we travel to compare experiences.
I ordered a flight, and the person behind the bar asked for my ID—which I assumed was for an age check. Instead, he used it to verify the name on my debit card. I found that pretty insulting.
Who steals a card and then goes out for craft beer with their family? The assumption was unnecessary and offensive. To make matters worse, the beer was mediocre at best.
Good luck with your staff and whatever training they’re getting. The experience left a bad taste in more ways than one.
Replying to your response: As I stated clearly above, he was not checking my ID to confirm my age — and you already knew that. Your response only confirms the type of management behind this operation. I didn’t expect a candid or honest reply, and unfortunately, that expectation was met.
This line of business should be approached with humility, not unwarranted arrogance. At the end of the day, you're running a craft beer business — nothing more. Best of luck because you will need it.
Great spot for a Twolves game, nice patio in the summer
