One of our parents surprised us with three pies from Heather for our wedding celebration. The pies were drop dead gorgeous, and incredibly tasty! Our guests were similarly impressed, and we're all still raving about the pies weeks later. Highly recommend!

The BEST key lime pie in the state! I've had my fair share of pies from various bakeries but Heather's tastes amazing. It's not waxy in texture for the filling and tastes incredibly fresh. Cannot give enough stars for this place.

Best pies in the Twin Cities! I got Heather’s for a friend’s elopement party and they were perfect. Highly recommend key lime! The berry flavors were amazing too (Strawberry Rhubarb, Bumble, Peach Blueberry). The berries are flavor-filled and the crust perfectly buttery and crisp.

I literally found this place online by googling best Keylime Pie in Minneapolis. Heather's Pies did not disappoint. We were celebrating an employee's birthday and they wanted Keylime Pie. I actually just picked it up today and am eating it thru my review. The pie is phenomenal - from the crust to the Keylime filling, whip topping and decorations. Heather is a gem and certainly can bake or make a pie. I can't wait to try something else from Heather's Pies!
I ate an entire blueberry pie myself. The crust is what makes it irresistible.

Heathers pies looked so good that we served them at our wedding over 3 hours away - never having tried them before! she was extremely communicative and made sure she knew what we wanted down to the last detail! and of course, her pies were the best we've ever had (that CRUST)! so glad we chose her to make our pie and ice cream wedding dessert dreams come true - strawberry rhubarb with the cutest strawberry cutout details and pecan pie with chocolate - simply perfect. I ordered over ten pies from Heather for a Kentucky Derby party and they were amazing! I am so sad I didn’t take a photo of the “pie table” I set up on my dining room table. It was so fun to create. Not only were they delicious, they were so very beautiful! Because I had such a large order, Heather delivered them to my house in Wayzata right before my party started. Her daughter had been in labor the entire previous day; yet, she met the deadline regardless. I will definitely order again for my party and just for fun, also! My husband and I both loved the blueberry pie the best, but they all were delicious. Do not hesitate to order. I would give more stars if possible! I wish I had photos to add to this review.

What a treat this was! I ordered a pie for easter and it was everything I imagined it would be. The crust was so beautiful -definitely an art form- not to mention it tasted incredible. I could east just the crust and be happy. Heather herself is lovely which made the whole experience that much better. I can't wait to order more.
