I ordered a strawberry rhubarb pie for Father's Day on Thursday night. Heather got back to me on Friday letting me know she was completely booked up but because she is PHENOMENAL she still opened on Sunday morning so I could pick up my order even though she's normally closed on Sundays! The pie was also SO delicious! 10/10 would recommend!

We loved our Heather's Key Lime pie! Not too tart and not too sweet, perfectly balanced. Not only was the pie delicious it was also quite large, perfect for a next day treat. Awful customer service. They don’t update their website or order form when they’re no longer taking orders. So you make an order and assume all is well, and they don’t confirm that they can’t fill the order. I was waiting to hear, so I called them, and she made an excuse that she texted me to confirm about the order, but I didn’t get anything. Rude on the phone, hung up on me, and just made excuses. Such an unfortunate and unreliable experience.

Best pies in the Twin Cities! I got Heather’s for a friend’s elopement party and they were perfect. Highly recommend key lime! The berry flavors were amazing too (Strawberry Rhubarb, Bumble, Peach Blueberry). The berries are flavor-filled and the crust perfectly buttery and crisp.

I literally found this place online by googling best Keylime Pie in Minneapolis. Heather's Pies did not disappoint. We were celebrating an employee's birthday and they wanted Keylime Pie. I actually just picked it up today and am eating it thru my review. The pie is phenomenal - from the crust to the Keylime filling, whip topping and decorations. Heather is a gem and certainly can bake or make a pie. I can't wait to try something else from Heather's Pies!
