I had Heather’s Key Lime Pie for my birthday, and it was the best I’ve ever had! Topped with over an inch of a freshly whipped cream layer, decorated with fresh flowers and fruits and lime zest! The graham cracker crust was perfectly crunchy and never soggy, even after a few days in the fridge. The layers remained tall the whole time too.
