Food is great, but sandwiches are a little messy. If you eat outside, there are planes flying by every couple of minutes. There were events both times I came, which limited to outside seating.

On a bike ride off the Minnehaha Parkway, we happened upon Heathers on a warm end-of-summer day. We walked in and ordered a nice beer on tap and relished in their fresh-cut romantic flowers in vases on their outdoor patio tabletops.
The dilly ranch, savory and tantalizing, made the Blackened Salmon Dilly Ranch Salad, a delicate and sumptuous salad of gem lettuce, crunchy radish, fresh avocado and cucumber, sunflower seeds, and pickled onions.
The saucy sumptuous teriyaki made the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl, a piquant mouthfeel, a delight of bright green edamame, brilliant pink pickle onions, avocado, rice and fresh broccoli. Delicious!

Always the best. Please visit Heather's. The vibe is great, the food outstanding, and the staff as friendly and thoughtful as can be.

Food was decent, service was not too good, it’s as if the waitress was annoyed we were there.

First time here. We were in the area for a bike ride along the Minnehaha Parkway and met some friends for lunch. Didn’t really get to see much of the inside since we got a table behind the restaurant under the tent. It was a nice day to be outside. A little windy and chilly, but not an issue if you had a jacket.
The place was busy, and at times people were waiting to get seated. We had a 12:45 reservation and got seated right away. We were given waters and menus, and we were so busy talking that the server had to come back several times before we made our decisions (thanks for the patience!). Our group ended up ordering the Poke Bowl, Avocado Toast with Fried Eggs, Teriyaki Salmon Bowl, and Blackened Salmon with Dilly Ranch.
It didn’t take long for the food to come out (though we wouldn’t have noticed since we were still talking). Everything was the right temperature, nicely presented, and good portions. Everyone was really happy with their choices — except for mine. The salad part was good, but the Blackened Salmon was overcooked and dried out. It had good flavor, just cooked too long.
Overall, a decent experience. I’d be interested in dining inside the building next time. The service the entire time was very attentive. But I’d definitely stay away from the Blackened Salmon.

Our friends rented the outside tent for their 45th wedding anniversary celebration. Hors d'oeuvres were unique and tasty. Salads, steak and walleye were excellent. Staff were attentive and gracious. Parking was easy.

Food was stunning and super fresh!
We did have to wait for service, ask for the drink we ordered, and the food took a really long time for 3:00. We enjoyed it but the the service was a bit disappointing.

I ordered a pasta here with seafood on it (forgot the name). It had zero flavour, and was just wet didn’t even seem to have a sauce because it just tasted like plain pasta. If you like the taste of food, don’t come here. If you only eat food for sustenance, sure eat here you’ll get some quality ingredients on your plate, but you’ll hardly taste it.
