The ambiance of Hi Flora is on point but that’s not enough to justify the really high prices for meh food. I love vegan/plant based restaurants so I was excited to try it. I ordered the pesto poppers and the root vegetable was undercooked and the entire plate was drenched in oil. My friends each got a wild rice burger but it was more like wild rice crumbles - patty was not well formed nor tasty. And the GF option was $2 extra dollars for it to just be put on a handful of arugula! I got the butterfly margarita and it was good, but with 3mg of thc for $19? Prices are overall far too much for the actual quality and portions. Big bummer.

Went in about an hour and a half before closing time and was cheerfully greeted by Ryan behind the bar. The atmosphere is so relaxed and comfortable. The lighting is perfect and the seating give a lounge feel without being tacky. Ryan was amazing and a joy to be served by. I had Rose Tea and the Mushroom Shwarma and is was delicious, my only critique would be it was a tad too salty for my taste. The person I was with had the wild rice burger and it was also delicious and the Kava lemonade which was the perfect combo of tart and sweet. 10/10 recommend this place and Ryan as your server/bartender. I don’t drink alcoholic drinks so it was really wonderful to have a place that catered to that with an extensive list of creative Delicious drinks that o choose from that were N/A
Okay, sad to say, in all honesty, I LOVE THIS FOOD OMGGG, BUUUUUUUT!!!! …here is my issue & why I chose not to come back again and why I’m not going to promote it. It is honestly ridiculous to me that Customers are required to pay a 20% tip… even when you you place a to go order. That is absolutely unfair to me and it added on the cost of another entire entree just because they require it. … I also ordered a drink from there… A strawberry beverage. The drink was $19. And I absolutely cannot believe it. There is no way the taste of that drink seemed worth $19 and if and a bunch of chunks of a Strawberries and was extremely hard to drink thru the straw. $19 was absolutely crazyyyyyy for that drink. …the people were EXTREMELY kind & like I said the meal I had was AMAZINGGGG! …but I’m not really recommending this spot unless they become a little more considerate of forcing the customers to pay an additional 20%.

We loved every dish we tried. Hi Flora has the biggest Caesar salad I’ve ever seen! The dressing, mushrooms, lettuce, and every ingredient was fresh and full of flavor. We can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu.
The interior decor is 60s retro chic… beautifully done. There is also a large dog-friendly patio and off-street parking.
Please support Hi Flora. It’s always a tough market for the food industry, but even harder to make a go when you are a vegan establishment in Meatasota ?

I always thought vegans were pretentious know it alls. Until I had a first date no show on me at this little place called Hi Flora. Not only were the staff super kind to my lonesome self. They took time to explain their purpose, passion, and potions. They helped me select a great meal and beverage, and kept me company. It was honestly the best first date that I ever had. All thanks to Heather and her wonderful crew. What could have been a horrible evening turned into one full of joy and new discoveries.
This is now my go to spot for first dates that will actually show up and I will sing Hi Flora's praises every chance I get! Check it out and try the maitake mushroom sandwich with hot sauce. It is unequivocally better than Chic-fil-a and definitely not as homophobic! Check them out please!

The service and servers are all excellent and the space itself is really nice but the food was a mess and tasted burnt and the drinks were...not much better. And consider the price, that is just inexcusable at this point.
The food and drinks were divine! The service was fantastic and The chairs were so comfy on my bad back! Can't wait to return.
