The building is not bad, but the management are the worst in this place and they will drive you out. Maintenance take forever to fix anything management constantly harassing residence watching every move they make. Every four months they go through new management that will come up with new rules to drive you nuts and give you anxiety, don’t ever set a foot in this building if you want your mental state stable.
Used to be an ok building when it had decent management but now this building is not well kept, the work orders take forever for things to get fixed, they are now letting all sorts of losers rent there making it more susceptible to crime. There are always junkies milling about and getting easy access into the building. There is no security and good luck getting the cops to show up.Think twice before moving into that building.
Heartbreaking to see the buildings boarded up and familiar businesses closed. Will the state recover enough to see them come back? Unlikely when you have weak leaders elected over and over.

Great place to live close to stores light rail mtc 21 line and bar's are close safe area
The only place I know by that name in the area is not a bar but an apartment complex which happens to be where I live! It's a wonderful complex great access to the bus and light rail! Cub, Target, Dollar Tree are all within walking distance and many local coffee shops and food establishments!!
Not the greatest place to visit since people in that area act like they don't know how to drive or walk like they care about their lives. In the hallways the smells are terrible! Kids running in the hallways! I could never live there!
