Cool old building with great bones and light. Used to be a lightbulb factory, so the floors are thin and you can hear a pin drop (and basketballs being dribbled, golf balls putted, and stampedes of what can only be water buffalo). Parking is challenging, and giving directions to visitors is like trying to help Theseus escape the labyrinth. Building management is unresponsive and blames thefts from cars in the parking lot on the "inner city" neighborhood (reader, this is not the inner city).

For a lightbulb factory, the management is not so bright...

Bad parking, bad signage, bad layout. Confusing. There's an elevator, but it's a secret. The place itself is neat, but honestly terrible from the perspective from a first time visitor.
