Neen & maya were so amazing!!! Their customer service was so good I felt so welcomed and the environment was so amazing!!! I really recommend everyone to come here and the food also amazing as well!!!! 10/10

Very different from online reviews. It looks like an amazing place and traditional Korean BBQ, but upon arriving the place was empty and the menu's had been adjusted so now one type of meat or veggie cost upwards of $30-$50! There are no combos or specials that allowed you to try multiple items at once. The seats were torn and ratty with giant holes in them. We left and didn't order anything, instead we chose to go to KPot in Maple Grove.

Hostess/server (Male) was very rude and disconnected from our group. He didn't answer any of our questions appropriately but rather just told us to look at photos.. Food was good but the grills had no oil on them so everything stuck to the grill and smoked us out.. overall a great concept.

Only one server was working, which made service very slow. We tried to be understanding and kept our order simple, but our drink was forgotten and the dipping sauce we requested for the BBQ never came even though he was bringing the drinks to the other tables. Since the pork belly isn’t marinated, it had very little flavor without the sauce, and we ended up leaving most of the food. When we were ready to leave, we had to stop the server ourselves to get the check. There was no apology or follow-up, even after seeing how much food was left. Overall, the lack of service and attention was disappointing. We won’t be returning.

Service was awful avoid this place if you can. All service ignores you and will not even let you finish your sentence on what you need before running away. They do not take time to listen to what you ask for and cut you off. Worst experience of my life

I hate to give bad reviews. Everything was going good until we saw a rat walking around the middle of the restaurant. Came out from under the seats. Once we saw it… the food tasted differently. Server apologized for it and said that she was going to notify management. Never going back… Will notify the Minnesota department of health just in case that this escalates.

Food is incredible and portion sizes are abundant. My only gripe about the atmosphere aspect was that the vents for the BBQ didn't take care of the smoke very well. Members of my party kept getting smoked out at the table. Don't let that deter you at all though... I will definitely be back.
