I was being indecisive about where to have dinner and ultimately picked Hola Arepa and they did not disappoint! We ordered the plantains, brussel sprouts, Yucatán chicken empanadas, and the hot honey chicken arepa. The food came out quickly and hot and all the flavors just melded so well together. We ordered the banoffee pie trifle for dessert, which is the only picture I got, because I inhaled everything as soon as it came out.

It wasn't open. Had to leave and go elsewhere.
Great food, servers and staff were wonderful. The shredded beef and plantain arepa is amazingly good and generous.

One of my favorite spots for dinner. The beef tostones and yuca fries are always a must when I go! Their cocktails are always fun and delicious.
Even the covered patio is totally easy to eat at on a fall day. We didn't need our coats as we thought we might. Do get a reservation unless you're going early (even then it's good to reserve). The food is outstanding! They are well versed in dietary restrictions. Buen provecho!

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place. Let's start with the service: amazing. The servers are engaging, friendly, and super helpful and accommodating. Then the food...sweet mother of pearl, the food...It is nothing short of amazing! We are vegetarian and gluten free (Celiac), and the entire restaurant is gluten free, from the yucca fries (delicious!), to the queso and guac, and the ridiculously amazing salsa.
And the entrees are absolutely amazing. I got the mushroom and cheese crispy tacos and after I ate them, I wanted more, but couldn't because the portions were *just* right and I was full!
The desert menu is awesome, with a horchata trifle (this thing is to die for...it's my new favorite, with two types of cream, cinnamon graham cracker crumbles, and bananas with a creamy horchata something [maybe a light pudding or something?] layer!), a crispy chocolate cake, a chia pudding, and last, but certainly not least, the absolutely ginormous horchata Rice Krispy treat. Imagine, if you will, a store bought Rice Krispy treat. Then triple it in size. You'll be close, then to its size. It's like 3 slightly more narrow Starbucks dream bars stacked on top of each other. Look, I love sweets. Like, a lot, and this thing was massive enough that it took me two days to get through it.
So, yeah, eat here!
If I *had* to complain about something, it would be the lack of parking, but it's the cities, so what can you do?

You have to go there right now! The halloween themed decor and drinks are soooo fun! The food is always amazing, highly recommend the arepitas and yuca fries with the chimichurri sauce. Maggie is our favorite!

Wonderful staff! We came with reservations but still accepted walkins though I’ve been there where it was busy! I would always recommend just in case! Great food and fast service! Vegetarian options and we came this time for a Halloween pop up and the drink menu was amazing and so cute! What funn they also usually do Christmas theme pop up too! Looking forward to that again!! Always recommend this place and will continue to come with friends and even date night

The arepas are almost crispy on the outside, and so good, they'd be worth eating without the addition of the wonderful stuff Hola Arepa puts in them.
Had such a fantastic night at Hola Arepa! This place is one of my favorites for good reason. The service is so friendly, and the Halloween vibes were on point, loved the decor and the themed cocktails (they really went all in). The sweet potatoes here are seriously underrated, easily one of my favorite sides anywhere. The steak arepa is perfection: tender, flavorful, and super satisfying and the hot honey chicken arepa is just as good. One of those spots that nails both food and atmosphere every time.

Sunday brunch was incredible! We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Originally, came as a recommendation for a gluten-free dietary restriction and it exceeded on all counts. The breakfast arepas were delicious, and the yuca fries were out of this world. Also, the seasonal lemonade (passionfruit?) was amazing.

LOVE Hola!
Been going for years.
They do themes from time to time, the last one was the '90s, so they decked everything out and they actually had their drink menu inside of a CD case.
What I love most is that everything is gluten free. I have celiac so finding a place that I can literally eat anything on the menu is pretty fantastic.
Their drinks are great and staff is wonderful.
I highly recommend!
