I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars. Why would you 1. Have the website say you’re open until 11, 2. Have the door say you’re open until 10 and 3. Lie and let me come all the way out here and you’re not open. I called these people at 9:07 pm and asked when do they close he said 9:30 and proceeded to take my order because I was already on the way. Baby I get here at 9:19 and nothing…. Yall are PATHETIC. Please stop giving your monies to people who could care less about you🥲.

I ordered the chicken tenders, and unfortunately, they were a huge letdown. The taste was off, and there was an unpleasant smell. It honestly seemed like the chicken might have been expired. Definitely not what I was expecting, and it left me with a bad experience. Hope they improve the quality

Usually when I go to Hook's I tell them not to fry my fish hard I prefer it soft and not with all the flavor cooked out of it but yesterday I forgot to mention that and boy did I pay for it I spent 33.00 and wasn't able to eat but about 20% of my food the shrimp was heavily breaded and cooked way too long my perch was so hard that it crumbled to the touch and my hushpuppy was hard as a rock I'm thinking about bringing it back but maybe I'll just find a new place to get my fish. I decided that I would just chalk it up to a bad experience and just look for a new place to get my fish. Pictures are coming when I home from work. Just so people can see what I had to deal with.

The prices are 20-30% more than every other hooks in the state. 100 wings at every other hooks is $259.99 on the menu. 100 wings here, $337.99. Give me a break. They're taking advantage of the idea that people aren't paying attention or will do less research in wake of convenience.

HOLY COW!! The food was so good!! I had never had it before and I will definitely be returning. It was hot and fresh and the seasoning was great. The wings were phenomenal. Definitely recommend.

Great service & a ton of food! The wings & catfish along with onion rings were spot on. We did NOT get sick at all as another review shared. My husband is gluten sensitive and didn't have a bad reaction either. I'm not sure how the wings can taste that good! Also, they were not too salty. My 1st time eating at this place was a good experience, we will return.
The place was dirty with trash hanging out the trash can. The food was overcooked, greasy, and so hard I had to throw 90% of it away. Only good thing about this experience was the staff were very kind. Kind of hood with people hanging around and talking loud. Bottom line, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT FISH AND CHICKEN!
