Ty was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Attentive and caring about the customer experience! She made a few recommendations that we absolutely loved. We had The Hope Breakfast (Eggs, Bacon, Toast, Hashbrowns) , Biscuits & Gravy (No Eggs) , Turtle Triple Espresso. Everything was amazing , service was quick and the ambiance couldn’t be beat. We will definitely return and hopefully have Ty as our server again!

Probably one of the worst bloodies I’ve ever had. Tasted like ketchup and water. If there was vodka in there it was probably less than half a shot. The food was also super bland tasting. Now I know why there were so many open tables…

Great restaurant! My food was a bit bland (chicken waffles) as my palate is used to more spice and flavor but the other stuff was great!!

Convenient place if you live or work nearby, wasn’t worth the trip as a tourist. Pistachio cardamom coffee was weirdly syrupy and the food was OK.

Came to this upscale restaurant expecting an upscale meal, and this was definitely not it. We started with the Red Velvet Waffle, which was cold by the time we received our hot drinks. Even though the waffle was cold, it did have some good flavor. We ordered the Pistachio Cardomon and the Banana Bread hot drinks, both of which were flavorless. Seemed like they forgot the shake the bottle they poured it out of. For our meal we had the Steak and eggs and the chicken and waffle. First, the steak was overcooked & dry almost near it becoming jerky. The chicken was dry, the waffles were dry & had no flavor to them & the caramel jalapeño sauce was cold and honestly the flavor was not pleasing. We were very disappointed on this visit. We may or may not give this place a second visit.

Lots of empty table and made a 1 hour wait. Turned down sales for coffee while we waited. Definitely would not recommend

This place is officially on my shit list. This the 3rd time I’ve come here for a latte and for 1 they’re always understaffed and 2nd I have to wait almost 30 mins cause the clerk decides to make 4 other drinks that ordered after me…. Then have the nerves to say “thank you for your patience” is like slap to the face

Disappointed in the service. Walked in, no reservation but the place was pretty empty. Table of 5. OK. They tried to seat us at a table meant for 4 people. With food and drinks, it would be much too small. Asked the hostess if we could have a larger table and she said she would ask.... the manager (i think) just came over and said this will fit and we do it all the time... we will not return. Too bad the reviews of bad service seem to be true.
