A group of us ordered oysters during their Tuesday special and everyone that ate oysters got food poisoning the next day. We called and tried to get a refund, but the manager said that they couldn’t prove that it came from their oysters. The manager demanded to see a doctor’s note that said the food poisoning was from the oysters, but wouldn’t guarantee that we would get a refund even if we showed a doctor’s note. Very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of accountability from the managerial staff.

I ordered vegetarian food, but i got meet in it. Worst. Please dont visit if you are a vegetarian.
Highly recommend. Just make sure you eat all of your food if you do the AYCE because they will enforce the fee for wasting food (I fully support this). The Crème Brûlée? Heaven ❤️

Be ware! You have to finish every plate. Or else you will pay $20 or more for food waste. Also they decide the price so it could be more or less. So disappointed. I felt ignored and overlooked, my friend and I went there first time. The place smelled like dirty mop water too when we went it as it opened. Definitely won’t be back. There are better places. Ever hard to find parking since they share the lot with OPH. Also won’t give you a side of spicy mayo. They just squeeze it over your roll. You also are limited to how you order, only this amount of sashimi, only this amount of specialty rolls. Etc
Incredibly good for the price, would recommend all the nigiri, the salmon lover roll and green dragon roll. Would not recommend agedashi tofu.

Really good quality for AYCE sushi. The service was great, really knowledgeable waiter. The sashimi slices were big, oysters were fresh tasting. Definitely worth trying if you're in this area. My new favorite AYCE sushi joint.

The staff was excellent! Handled our table of 12. Great food and atmosphere ?. If you love Sashimi... then I recommend the smoked salmon sashimi. All the sashimi were very nice, thick slices. It's definitely worth the money! I will be returning!
Parking: I went on a Sunday. Even at opening was very difficult to find parking.

Visit if you are feeling generous.
Feels like this establishment is out to squeeze every dollar they can from its customers. They attempt to charge for everything – $3 per piece of uneaten nigiri, $10 for unfinished tempura and forfeiting the $10 per person deposit paid at reservation if actual headcount is reduced.

We've reserved for a large group at Ichiban twice now. The food is very fresh. The group of Japanese ladies we hosted say their sushi is good! We've always had great service at our lunches. $24.99 lunch is basically "all you can eat" with some guidelines and restrictions. There are lots of choices for appetizers and noodle dishes. (You can only order sashimi if you pay the higher dinner rate) Beverages, except for water, are not included in the price. It's very busy for lunch, so reservations are recommended.

Ouuuu let me tell you about this place.
I was craving sushi sooo bad, but I found this place had all you can eat sushi. Noooo, not just sushi but everything on the menu.
It's unique, but everything comes out looking 5 star.
All I can say is I remember the scallop sushi I had, but I had plenty, and you can tell from my pics.
Just make this a thing you have to try if you are ever in the area.

Overpriced but it isn’t really authentic. Ordered drinks and they tasted awful. Manager wouldn’t remove that from our because we never drunk it. Would’ve had a better experience at Nakamori in Edina.

This is my family’s favorite AYCE sushi spot in Twin Cities. The price is $55 per person which is much higher than other places that charge at $35 per person but it is worth the value. Ichiban raised the bar for AYCE sushi in town. Ichiband rolls are not filled with lots of rice but great portion of tasty sushi, fresh veggie, sushi rice, sauce, etc…. The sashimi are well cut and clean tasting. My wife absolutely loves their bbq eel. It’s really why we go there for their bbq eel. Literally, everything on their menu tastes great. Although I would caution staying away from the ramen bowls…the portions are huge and you’ll be filled with one bowl and some appetizers. The ambiance is very nice and clean. The waitresses are very attentive. My family and I always have a great experience. We highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed the visit here. The food is well made. The sashimi are at least during my visit was a lot bigger then other locations. It is all you can eat. The “kiss on fire” is delicious! I love it! (Similar to jalapeño poppers) the Minnesota roll is awesome too! Got the whole eel. It’s a great atmosphere to relax, chill, chit chat with a love one.
Vegetarian options: They do veggie rolls.
Parking: It’s a little weird getting into the parking lot. If you’re coming from France. Because it’s right by the roundabout…
