Cookies are great, delivery drivers are pretty awful. I used to run a delivery restaurant, and if I heard that my delivery drivers cared this little about getting people their food, I'd be really upset.
Today, the driver went to the wrong building, ignored all of my written instructions telling them to drop off in the mail room or to call me, and made 0 contact with me. Not sure why I even provide a phone number and delivery instructions. Add to that, they just left the box on a random table in the lobby of a 20 story building, which I don't actually have access to because I don't live there, because it's the WRONG BUILDING.
I've had a similar issue at a different Insomnia, where they just left the box of cookies outside of a building, with an unhelpful picture where I can't actually identify the location. But again, no call, no nothing, just abandoned a box of warm cookies outside in winter in Minnesota.
For a business that built itself on convenient cookies, they really do a crappy job of getting those cookies to you.
Great store and atmosphere, it almost feels like I work there sometimes. Their manager Lance is also doing a great job with the store.

When you get there you're not sure who you're talking to as the cashiers don't make eye contact with you at all. They stare at their register while you're trying to get your order in and the other person is busy getting the cookies you're trying to order. While I was ordering my cookies I asked for 2 smores cookies but instead got 2 salted caramel cookies, it could be because in the middle of trying to tell them I wanted 2 smores cookies they got side tracked with another customer. I understand it's busy and people need to multi task between guests but my order was wrong and there was no bother to double check even when I asked them to reread my order.

Took our son here for his bday. He wanted crumble cookie but it wasn't open at 8pm. There was 2 people in the store. The guy working the register, I had to tell him 4 times what my 2 kids also said they wanted and he still had to ask me which cookies they wanted.
Cookies were small and average tasting, for sure not worth the drive from Blaine to get them.

Excellent midnight snack 😋 the chocolate ice cream was really good and it was still pretty frozen by the time it was delivered. The cookies tasted fresh and didn't crumble at all. Delivery was super fast. Shout out to your delivery driver on the electric unicycle, nice ride 👍🏼

I stopped in for the first time, close to midnight and they were still open! The ice cream and chocolate chip cookie were amazing! I wish they had locations in my state. I would go there all the time!

Not once but twice in the past ~3 months we have had doordash drivers steal our order and every time the Insomnia workers are extremely helpful and understanding. They have remade our order when it wasn't even their fault but rather the fault of the gluttonous dasher. Oh and delicious cookies.
