Ordered some cookies from this location to be delivered to my hotel via Uber Eats. The driver never showed up while constantly changing his story about where he was.
Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste 45 minutes in the middle of the night waiting on cookies that will never show up.

This place has great cookies here, but the downside is that the parking is very hard to find a spot to park and that the inside of the store is very small and everytime we went there it was very crowded. Some people would have to stand outside the door to wait their turn to get inside to order.
The cookies are very good here. Their service is good under pressure with long lines.
If you dont mind waiting and trying to find a place to park. A lot of crowd control by police happens at nighttime Cops are everywhere, and a lot of people crowded around that entire block.
The space is really not wheelchair friendly because it is a small store front, and it would be hard to maneuver a wheelchair inside the store, unfortunately. You would be able to get the wheelchair inside the store and get out, but it would be a tight squeeze.
So, because it is hard to find parking, a lot of police , and how crowded the store can be, and it is really not wheelchair friendly is the only reason why I gave it a 3 star rating.
Other than that, the cookies are good.

Cookies are great, delivery drivers are pretty awful. I used to run a delivery restaurant, and if I heard that my delivery drivers cared this little about getting people their food, I'd be really upset.
Today, the driver went to the wrong building, ignored all of my written instructions telling them to drop off in the mail room or to call me, and made 0 contact with me. Not sure why I even provide a phone number and delivery instructions. Add to that, they just left the box on a random table in the lobby of a 20 story building, which I don't actually have access to because I don't live there, because it's the WRONG BUILDING.
I've had a similar issue at a different Insomnia, where they just left the box of cookies outside of a building, with an unhelpful picture where I can't actually identify the location. But again, no call, no nothing, just abandoned a box of warm cookies outside in winter in Minnesota.
For a business that built itself on convenient cookies, they really do a crappy job of getting those cookies to you.
Great store and atmosphere, it almost feels like I work there sometimes. Their manager Lance is also doing a great job with the store.

When you get there you're not sure who you're talking to as the cashiers don't make eye contact with you at all. They stare at their register while you're trying to get your order in and the other person is busy getting the cookies you're trying to order. While I was ordering my cookies I asked for 2 smores cookies but instead got 2 salted caramel cookies, it could be because in the middle of trying to tell them I wanted 2 smores cookies they got side tracked with another customer. I understand it's busy and people need to multi task between guests but my order was wrong and there was no bother to double check even when I asked them to reread my order.

Took our son here for his bday. He wanted crumble cookie but it wasn't open at 8pm. There was 2 people in the store. The guy working the register, I had to tell him 4 times what my 2 kids also said they wanted and he still had to ask me which cookies they wanted.
Cookies were small and average tasting, for sure not worth the drive from Blaine to get them.
