Prior to the pandemic, this location had a staple cook that basically ran the kitchen and kept the cafe upbeat and moving along at an efficient speed. She was fantastic, had a great attitude, knew how to take orders, and was considerate of what she was cooking and options to offer, and would even offer to chat with you if things were slow. They lost a fantastic cook and personality when they lost HER - you know who she is (Corporate Eats, that's you). Now that the pandemic has slowed and return-to-office/hybrid work has started, this location is a very poorly run kitchen, 80% of the time I will drive somewhere else instead of dealing with the poor service quality the onsite cafe provides. The old manager is still there, but the cooking staff basically doesn't speak to customers or replies in grumbles, cooking the same meal takes twice as long, and more than half the orders submitted come out incorrect or have very poor quality. The staff can commonly be seen on their smartphones or "just chillin" on the line. As a former cook, this is laughable. This kitchen has also shut down several other amenities they used to offer, such as a soda machine or a water machine for patrons that are thirsty and don't wish to spend money on bottled water or soda. Stopped with certain custom orders, and will upcharge you for butter, a small cup of salsa, or cheese in an omelet (which is included in what an omelet is), it's absolutely ridiculous.

I mean the food is good so I give it a half star but I won’t ever love the name isabella’s Too and it’s surprising that you pass this place I eat here everyday!

Here for the testing center at this office complex. What a surprise to pass and find Isabella's! Tons selections and gluten free and veggie options. Lots of seating and lots of light. Great ambience in lower level of the 3500 and 3600 buildings. Pretty sure I'll be back for more tests and more food at Isabella's!

Prices are getting out of hand. They continue to increase the prices while failing to increase their quality. They are exploiting their convenience, and I now make every attempt to avoid it.

Pretty good food, the only a couple of complaints. First, sometimes their grilled chicken is pink. Never gotten sick, but I avoid it like the plague after recieving 2-3 medium rare chicken breasts. Second, the prices are beginning to get out of hand. It is becomming difficult to escape with spending less than 10 bucks. There is a 3% additional charge on all menu items if you use a credit or debit card. I tried to get a cheap breakfast the other day, 2 boiled eggs ($1.50) and 1 bottle of water ($2.99!!!!) later and I left feeling unfulfilled and exploited.

Isabella's is perfect to have in the office building I work in - they have great food and such a friendly staff! I highly recommend their breakfast sandwiches with "special sauce" - delightful!

Great Food! Great Specials! Staff is some of the friendliest people on earth!!!! If you order something off the menu, they'll happily make it for you. Enjoy a meal and some great laughs!

Really good food with many options to choose from daily. Their made to order wraps and salads are really tasty and filling and the hot foods and soups (especially wild rice) are good as well. The employees are always happy and smiling and they provide outstanding customer service-- even remember names!

Corporate Eats has a number of locations throughout the Cities. I first became familiar with them when I worked Downtown Minneapolis and went to Mykenna's. The owner named many of the restaurants after his own kids. (Don't worry. He doesn't have that many, so the other names are in honor of other people. You'll see names on the menus as well.) If you know the area around France Avenue and 494, it can be a circus at lunchtime. Well, you have an alternative to fighting traffic and lines for food. Tucked away in between two office buildings on the 'Concourse' is Isabella's. There's lots of room to eat and a variety of menu items. Salads, sandwiches, grill items, three soups, there's something for everyone. They do breakfast as well, but since I was working from home today, I biked over for lunch. The food hits the spot and the people are friendly. The one downside is no free refills on drinks, but I'll get over it. There's an Isabella's Too across the street in the Wells Fargo building, and another sister restaurant in the Centennial Lakes complex across 494.
