Super inconsistent, I visited today and was greeted with a cinnamon bun that was pretty overcooked/dry with skimpy icing. My initial impression a couple months ago was a bun that had ample icing but was a bit underdone, which is fine, but texture wise might bother some. I'm not sure if I'll return given the inconstancy. The coffee is fine, nothing special. I think is fine if you lower your expectations from how a lot of people rave about this place. The vibe is cozy though, I do love sitting inside or at many of the outdoor tables.

Customer Service: I was so excited to try out this place for the first time, so I got there at 7am, there was no line, I walk in smiling and excited to try these rolls I heard so much about! Extremely lackluster! There was no “hello, welcome in!” No greeting at all but I was like okay maybe they aren’t morning people. Being my first time I wasn’t sure how any of it worked so I asked and let’s just say some people shouldn’t work the front counter lol overall customer service was poor and left a lot to be desired!

Buns: I tried the cinnamon roll, caramel roll and puppy tails. Honestly, all were dry, over cooked and not even warm at all. I expected since I got there early enough they would be warm, fresh rolls. Instead they were dried out, almost as if it was from the night before… the caramel roll was softer than the cinnamon roll but disappointing nonetheless.

Overall: I think this is another small business that got too big too fast and due to that the quality and care for the products and services went downhill. I would suggest the owner do some secret shops on their own business to really understand the service and quality their customers are receiving.

Oh sweet Mary, Joseph, and Jesus. These are some of the best cinnamon buns I've had in my life. On a Sunday at 9am, took an hour to get in. Long lines are typical here.

But the cinnamon bun. Perfectly carmalized on the edges and bottom, frosting isnt too sweet or thick, the buns are so soft and fluffy.

The internet lied! These are NOT the best cinnamon rolls in the country, and if I’m being real, no where near anybody’s top 10. They were slightly dry, lacked a lot of flavor. The cinnamon ratios were completely off. While I will say the presentation of these rolls are good, the prices were more than fair , and the customer service felt kind. But again, I came here for the rolls, and they honestly were not that good. If anybody told you that there were better than Cinnabon, they lied. Overall, I will say these cinnamon rolls are a 6/10. I threw mine away after several bites.

Are they decent? Yes. Are they worth the drive and standing in line? No. Are they better than Cinnabon? heck no. Should you go just to say you’ve been? It depends.

My son wanted the best cinnamon roll for his birthday and he was not disappointed! They even surprised him with some puppy dog tails and a sparkling candle! The cinnamon roll and puppy dog tails were amazing! The staff was very friendly and fun - thanks! Cute sparkler idea!

Such a fun place in a neat Minneapolis neighborhood. The bakery is always great and fresh. Although there is usually a line, it moves quickly as the employees are efficient.

I had very high expectations,
the cinnabons were very dry and hard in the bottom. Bearly any frosting.
I honestly think the cinnabon store from MOA is 10x better.

We got to the place at 2:30 and were understanding that we were there just before close. We asked for the cinnamon bun and were told very snotty “we are out and can’t make more because they would be done after close”. Understandable, but the tone was not very nice. While we were waiting, another worker yelled at a woman in the doorway, “KEEP THE DOOR CLOSED, WE DON’T NEED MORE WASPS IN HERE THAN THERE ALREADY ARE!”. The pecan roll was delish, but not a fan of the hostile vibes and will not be returning.
